Small romantic hotel located in the heart of historical Prague - Mala Strana. It's in literally three minutes walk to both Charles bridge and lesser town square with St. Nicholas Cathedral. All historically significant and popular tourist sites are within walking distance. This is Prague Castle, the Royal gardens beneath Prague castle, old town square, Jewish quarter, Petrin hill and Wenceslas square.

Renovated: 2011

Location: Central Mala Strana district, 14 km from the airport. The nearest metro station is malostranská, tram 22 - lesser town square.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

The hotel was easy walking distance to sights as well as trams

Early check-in wasn't possible, so I left my luggage and went to the Lennon Wall outside.

They were friendly, but the only downside was that there were earplugs in the bathroom.

I was wondering why, but the music was loud until exactly 3:40 a.m.

The breakfast was delicious.

If you sleep with earplugs, you'll be fine.

If you're not able to hear at night, the elevator might be a bit difficult.

If you're overweight, it won't go up. Is it for 3 people?

There's no problem getting back and forth.

Great Location for the Charles
Breakfast was amazing, location was terrific a short 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge, room (308) was on the smaller side but worked well, comfortable bed, my only gripe was the shower, it has a tub shower and the water taps come out of the side wall not the end of tub, kept hitting tap with my knees changing the temperature. Overall I’d recommend the Charles Hotel.

Great staff, all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and kept very clean, however it is an older property and the finish wasn’t to the standard you would expect in a more modern building so this is a place for people who appreciate a bit of character where they stay. Was noisy sometimes at night as the old doors and windows do little to muffle the sound of other guests and people outside. Breakfast was a good selection and the location super convenient with tram and bus stops only a minute away. Shower was powerful and water nice and hot.

All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Great location that is close to trams, food and attractions. Bed mattress felt a little slanty but it was alright. Breakfast was great with many choices. They let us know a week prior to check in that one day water would be out and they gave us huge water bottles and a comped day to ise in future.
