The room was excellent, huge ceilings, lovely and clean. It was in a great spot as well; just a few mins from the central square. Really nice place.
The only two things that let it down - the shower, we had to sit in the bath as it was attached to the taps. Felt like it could have easily had room for a proper shower. Second - it was roasting beyond belief. I like to be warm but this was another level.

Good hospitality (including sparkling wine), clean room, smooth check-in and out, nice break fast and good location! Definitely we will stay again when we come to Prague:)

Room cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was good but a little expensive at €13 (could be found cheaper in the town)

Overall this isn't a terrible hotel. However it loses points for us for two reasons:
1. They messaged us at midnight before we were due and said a payment had failed. We used a third party booking site and had paid in advanced so this caused us undue stress. Luckily it did get resolved. However, they didn't acknowledge it when we arrived.
2. There was a lot of noise on the Saturday morning as a bunch of work men were pottering near our room. It was going on fairly early.

A lovely hotel and very helpful staff. I really like the room and can say it met my expectations. The location is also great (very close to Old Town Center). Would recommend!

The hotel location is perfect. Within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Front desk staff are very nice and efficient. Hotel buffet style breakfast was pretty good. However, i would like to point out sone inconvenience of the hotel so future travelers can be aware : the front desk are not 24 hours. Another inconvenience was the hotel is a very old building so there was no elevator and no air condition. We didn't need air condition as it was in end of September but i assume in summer it could be hot. Also i booked a family suite room. There was no shower but a bathtub located 7 steps down from the bathroom makes me not feel comfortable. It might be hard for old travelers who has knees problems as you need to walk down 7 steps to get the bathtub. I will appreciate if ********* throu which i booked the hotel can disclose these room conditions.

Location is superb and the staff is wonderful! They are doing everything they can to make up for the shortcomings of the ownership. It would appear that there is no need for repeat business and that is the feel I got from the 3 night stay. At arrival I found the bathroom unclean - so I cleaned it - the body towel was totally frayed and looked like something I would use to mop the floors with. The shower door was broken and only hanging on the upper rollers letting the water spray around, Ferdo Mravenec with the family also lives in the bathroom. I reserved a standard double room - but since I was alone, they only made up half of the bed and left half of it a bare mattress (which didn’t look that fresh)!! Absolutely ridiculous! So I asked for the other spreadsheet and did it myself. Mini-fridge was dirty and had something dark spilled in it.
Since my room faced the courtyard, every night around midnight I heard the staff from the restaurant next door leaving/yelling - since their back door leads into the courtyard and then banging and shouting at 5am when they were coming in. I understand the noise in a city as I live in a very busy city as well, and Prague is a relatively quiet city, but this was hard to ingnore.
Overall, regardless of the location it is not worth it. There are many other places, in the same and nearby neighborhoods, that I will book next time as I come to Prague almost every year…

The location was excellent. The room was very spacious, looked exactly as described, and had a lot of charm. It can get a bit noisy at night due to its very touristy old town location. I would highly recommend a stay.
