The hotel has been recently renovated, and the bedding in the rooms was very clean. We drove there, but the parking fee was quite high (19 euros per day), which was different from the price advertised on Trip.com. Overall, it's still a positive review.

Breakfast was a bit far from the old town, but easily accessible. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich and good.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle; definitely avoid using the self check-in machine by the entrance, it's very cumbersome. The front desk staff were nice, but the check-in process took quite a while. The room was decent, suitable for younger people. The hot breakfast options were good, varied, and plentiful, but the bread and cheese quality was poor. The restaurant staff were unenthusiastic, didn't smile, didn't greet anyone, and were quite cold. It's okay for an occasional one-night stay, and the value for money is pretty good.

I've stayed here a few times. It's a bit far from the city center, and if you're taking a taxi to the airport during peak hours, it can take an hour. However, the hotel has self-service laundry machines, which is very convenient.

It was a long wait at the reception checking in.
Also the breakfast buffet to very crowded.

A bit far from the city center but other than that everything is very good rooms are clean facilities are very complete

Should improve on the cleanliness. They have changed the floor map but never noticed the dustin bin already full which also inside the toilet. Not even take initiative to throw the waste.

The hotel is far from the center, but it is well connected by trams and metro station 9 mins away. The service is not the best. We left our luggage in the luggage storage room in the morning, because it was too early. Came back in the evening after seeing the city to check in and we found our luggage out of the room unattended, where everybody could have get it. They had no explanation why that happen, they even did not want to find out how it happened, so be careful when you leave luggage there. The room was big, but the beds were too soft, you are drawning in it, very uncomfortable to sleep, my neck got screwed. The sink was clogged, so we asked to unclogged it. The best think of the hotel is the breakfast, it was just great, big variety and everything was delicious. After 9 there are too many people and there is a queue. If they fix the beds, everything else is acceptable.
