The overall is great. Excellent location to stay, easily walk distance to major attractions and quiet area for sleeping. The breakfast is great 👍. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.

It is very excellent hotel, great location, very reasonable price with good breakfast. Good for family, but just 1 negative comment, which is when night time walk back from garden , it is quite dark and very quiet.

It would be better if they paid more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, everything else was almost perfect, the breakfast was simply excellent, there were no words, there was a very large selection.

We had a very rough travel day due to severe weather in Prague, with major delays and cancellations in Paris. We waited nearly 10 hours at the airport and didn’t arrive in Prague until after midnight.

I emailed the hotel in advance to inform them of our late check-in. While the late check-in itself wasn’t an issue, it seemed the message hadn’t been checked, as the receptionist initially said they didn’t realised our reservation.

When we finally went up to the room, there was a welcome card, which was a nice touch, but it had a different family’s name on it. This made us feel that the room may not have been fully prepared for our arrival, which was a bit disappointing after such a long day.

That said, overall the hotel is well located and convenient to get around. The property was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a generous time window.
I think I would to stay here again if I come to Prague later.

The bathroom is tiny, the shower stall is minuscule, and the room itself is small. The food was the same every day for two weeks straight. The hotel is in need of a renovation.

We had a good stay at the hotel. It’s conveniently placed by the river in a very close proximity to Charles Bridge and other historical sites. The room was ok, although I had to ask for a hairdryer and the water pressure was a bit mediocre with water temperature fluctuating during the shower. The heating was full on with no thermostat, so we had a window open to regulate the indoor temperature (in was subzero outside, so no ideal).

Breakfast was really good. Fantastic choice all the way through the 4 hour breakfast service. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the room service did come daily but our bed wasn't really made up the next day and the day after (not to the standart of the first day upon arrival). We did get some fresh towels and clean mugs but the teaspoons weren’t changed (still dry coffee on them from a previous day). I know it’s just a trivial stuff, so not a dealbreaker, just something to consider.

The hotel lobby makes a striking first impression with its kitschy decor attempting to mimic a knight's hall, but that's where the illusion ends. Upstairs, in the hallways and rooms, all you'll find are mediocre wall paintings. Both the rooms and bathrooms are microscopic in size. While everything is new and seemingly ticks the boxes for star ratings, the overall comfort of the stay leaves much to be desired.

Breakfast was extremely poor – lacking the variety and quality one would expect from a hotel in this category.

Even with 50% off deals, you can find much better options for the price. I do not recommend this hotel.
