We stayed at At the White Lily Hotel in Prague for three nights. The trip was a gift from our children to celebrate a special occasion, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious, and the staff had thoughtfully placed fresh flowers, some sweets, and a bottle of Prosecco in the room along with a lovely handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture and a beautiful way to start our stay. The hotel itself is extremely well located - about a five-minute walk from Prague Castle and five minutes in the other direction to Charles Bridge. There is also a tram stop just a couple of minutes away, and public transport in Prague is very easy to navigate. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are amazing - very professional, warm, and welcoming. A special mention must go to the receptionist, Nila, who truly excels at her job. She made us feel incredibly welcome, went out of her way to provide great sightseeing and dining recommendations, and even booked a walking tour for us. She really made our stay memorable and is an incredible asset to the hotel. Many people have mentioned the breakfast, and while there is certainly a huge selection of items, there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the coffee. The juice didn’t appear to be freshly squeezed, and the cheeses were processed slices. Personally, I feel that offering fewer items but of a higher quality might be something worth considering. That said, this certainly wouldn’t be a deal-breaker for us. Overall, we had a lovely stay. I would happily return to this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

The apartment is in a very quiet area and approximately 10mins walk to the Cathedral of Saint Vitus. The rooms are very clean, the staff super helpful/friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel was located close to many of the tourist attractions. When we arrived we were met by a warm welcome and were shown to our room. The rooms were spacious and lovely and warm. The hotel was quiet too. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there were many different options to cater for all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

I liked that the Hotel Lily was short walking distance to the main square, but was situated on a quiet street. The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and they had several options to choose from. Staff was friendly and would not hesitate to stay there again.

A truly lovely hotel in a quiet but central location. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Really felt like home for our three night city break. Breakfast was excellent, living up to expectations (having read previous reviews). Our room was spacious and clean, great shower too. Thank you!

Upon checking in Martina the receptionist upgraded us to the premium duplex 2 bedroom suite since the original room had issues. This was such a nice surprise. First time ever that we stayed in a place similar to a condo (everything except a kitchen and laundry room). It was very spacious, quiet, clean, nicely located within walking distance to all the main attractions. The daily breakfast was wonderful, with nice variety. Accommodated all of our wants, and simply loved our stay.

This is a gem of a hotel in the perfect location in Malá Strana. While it is no more than a few hundred meters from Charles Bridge and just down from Prague Castle, U Bílé Lilie is on a quiet side street and away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Martina greeted me upon my arrival, and we had a lovely conversation about Czech culture and the Czech language. She was a joy to speak with and was incredibly helpful as well. My bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Needless to say, I slept like a baby. Finally, I don't think you'll find a better price for a hotel in Malá Strana. If you're looking for a place to stay in Prague, look no further than U Bílé Lilie!

We had a great time at the hotel, lovely room, the location was perfect, staff very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was so good, lots of vegan options including oat/soy milk & Prosecco, the castle is a 5 minute walk and the Charles bridge about 10 minutes, we can’t wait to come here again.
