Hotel Henrietta in Prague

No service, without Wi-Fi (limited only on the first floor, I was staying at the 3rd floor), even the lamp was out of service :-), no fridge at the room, no cooling system ... Really no kidding. First and last time there. Up to you

The rooms are outdated. There's Wi-Fi only at reception!!! You go up to your room and it's OFF!!! I don't know how they managed that! It's the 21st century and you can't go anywhere without internet! I don't recommend this hotel at all! The parking lot is ALWAYS OCCUPIED! So don't even think about using it. It's better to park in a good paid parking lot! This hotel is absolutely rubbish!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Before I begin, okay, what you buy is what you get, I get it, but everyone's entitled to an opinion. So where do I begin? Oh yeah, arrival! You arrive on a street where you can park your car for free on weekends (Friday through Sunday), but you have to pay for the rest of the day. The booking site does indicate that you can park your car in the garage. For anyone with a car larger than a Fiat Panda, forget it, you'll be rejected. The woman behind the counter was indeed friendly, but we had to fill in information, which isn't checked. So, if you fill in "Bob the Builder," you'll get away with it. So where do we go from here? Oh yes, the hotel itself, yes, it really is what you buy, you get. The entire elevator is carpeted, a bit too small, and it almost needs an IKEA description. Anyway, we arrived at our floor, right at the top. We went to the room, which seemed decent enough, but had seen better days. It still smelled like there were three corpses under the bed. No TV, no air conditioning, you name it. If you close your window in 32 degrees Celsius outside, you could start a vegetable gardening company, because it's scorching. We ended up throwing the pillows off the bed because they were unbearable, they smelled so bad. But hey, you're not going to lie in your room all day, musty. We finally came back in the evening, and honestly, it's not a nice neighborhood to park your car, just pure feeling. Anyway, we were there for a stopover, to spend a night. In the end, we were really on the verge of leaving around 11 p.m. because our room smelled so awful. And let me add, there's staff until 6 p.m. and then nobody else. So, it's great that there's a hotel phone in the room, but it's useless. So, we gathered our courage and set the alarm for 5 a.m. for our further journey. At 5 a.m., we left the key at the reception desk, as the lady behind the desk had told us to do, and we closed the door. But then the icing on the cake: we got to our car (already mentioned, because of the lovely street). Once we got to the car, we smelled a terrible odor of feces. Then it turned out that someone had left a large diarrhea turd behind our car. Luckily, nothing hit the car. But this was another adventure we will never forget, and especially not return to this awful hotel.

Appalling accommodation conditions: uncomfortable makeshift beds, filth (chips under the beds), bedbugs in several rooms. Rude, threatening, even shady staff (demanding an exorbitant cash deposit). The experience was traumatic for the group of young people I was with and myself. Strongly discouraged. Run away!

Horrible experience. Hotel to be avoided at all costs! The rooms are dirty and infested with bed bugs. The personnel is rude and reluctant to help. They will provide you with an uncomfortable spare bed if there are more than 2 people in your room, ask you to leave an exuberant deposit in cash, and threaten you to cancel your plane if they find anything wrong in your room after your departure. All in all, this was quite a traumatic experience for the students I was chaperoning and myself.
