Clean and tidy rooms. Lovely building and high ceilings. Secure 24 hour reception. Good location for getting into central Prague.

I visited Prague for a conference. So it didn't matter, that the hotel as a bit far from the city center. But it was near the conference venue (Prague University) and near the railway station. I didn't take the breakfast or go to the restaurant, as we had all meals at the conference. For that price you cannot have a five star service, but the place was clean and the beds comfortable, although the furniture was a bit old. It is not suited for people who have problems with walking. Although there is an elevator, you still have to take some stairs.

I do not recommend it. Although the restaurant-brewery pleasantly surprised with its prices, food and service. We stayed from December 30 to January 3, 2025. The hotel is located on a quiet street not far from the center and the railway station. - 25-30 minutes walk. In short - for lovers of the old dirty scoop. To say that the rooms are "tired" is very modest. The sheets and duvet covers turned out to have very picturesque holes - clearly from the last century ... The owner and staff turned out to be Russian-speaking. It would be very convenient for us if the room was cleaned at least once in four nights - they did not vacuum (!) or towels, and especially did not change the bed linen. They only took out the trash can, which I asked for the next day upon arrival. We complained to the owner - fortunately, he came to us at breakfast on the 31st in the morning. He offered to change the torn linen and said that he had never seen shoehorns in 4-star hotels (and they supposedly have 4!!!). He complained about the crisis (!!?) and... the recent coronavirus! ... By the way, apart from hanging bottles of gel in the shower and by the sink, there is nothing in the room - not even glasses for toothbrushes. Forget about slippers-sponges-brushes. By the way, the Wi-Fi was lousy at first, but it got better - after a complaint they gave a different password...))) As for the brewery - it is inconsistent with the hotel: very attentive guys, inexpensive and tasty. And when the bartender on New Year's morning offered a mug of freshly brewed beer instead of coffee and tea for a set breakfast - he simply conquered me. By the way, on the last day, the eggs for breakfast were overfried... I told this to the girl, thinking that she was from the kitchen. Then something happened that I certainly didn't expect in this hotel... literally a minute later she brought me a phone number on which the restaurant manager named Dylan apologized, explaining that the main staff was resting after work on New Year's, and that today the interns were cooking (and they really weren't the same guys as in previous days) - in short, they didn't charge us for breakfast at all... It's possible that on our next visit to Prague we'll drop by to try some freshly brewed beer...

We stayed at this hotel, which is slightly outside the city center, and discovered Prague 3, which has many nice bars and excellent, reasonably priced restaurants. The hotel (with its very old brewery) is dated, but it's definitely a good value for the price under normal conditions (we came during the Ice Hockey World Cup, when everything was over-hyped). The staff is friendly.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms are spacious and there are many restaurants in the area. The only thing to improve is the Wi-Fi.
30.06.2021 Andreas
Staff was very rude. Most could not even speak English. Dirty and untidy. Sheets were dirty and had holes in them. No wifi in the room. Definitely stay away.

Excellent beer and a great owner-he showed us where he brews his beer, and was very hospitable and attentive. A very good place in Zizkov to try local cuisine.

the hotel is not bad.the staff is friendly.the breakfasts are good.
beer brewed at the hotel is delicious.the hotel itself is a 10-minute tram ride from Wenceslas square and a 3-4 minute walk to the bus stop.
but there are also disadvantages (lack of conditioning).
a special thank you Honza who works at the restaurant man holiday.we liked it. Sergey and Marina .Israel.

Was here from 1 to 5 may 2014. Beer is wonderful. Very good attitude towards tourists. I had forgotten the camera in the taxi. The next day we left Prague. The taxi driver returned the camera in the hotel and then returned the camera to my friends, who was later in Prague.

Rest here a week. Pleasant experience and friendly atmosphere. Beer and the kitchen is just great, exactly what you need to get acquainted with the Czech Republic. The staff speaks Russian, which is very pleasing. I will be glad to come back again!
