Very close to transportation, Near to Old Town Square and Iconic architecture buildings of Prague. Very accommodating and comfortable Stay it Was. Loved to Stay and will surely recommend.

We have just spent 3 nights at the hotel across 4 rooms as family flew from the UK to spend time together. This is an excellent hotel and the location is brilliant for pretty much everywhere you might want to get to, whether the old town or the lesser town. Trams are close by with plenty of cafes, bars and the shopping centre just a few blocks away so something to suit all tastes. The 3 reception staff we met across the 3 days were excellent and so helpful and friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel this time but would next time we stay. The rooms have everythign you need inlcuding hairdryer and toiletries and the shower is hot and powerful. If you are in a room facing the front it is natural that you may hear some traffic or the trams but take ear plugs if you are a really sensitive sleeper! This didn't interupt our sleep and the beds are so comfortable and all of the family group commented on this. Exellent value for money overall and a lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning! (We had rooms 27, 26, 14 (14 on the side of the building and the others facing onto the front) and 18 during our stay).

It was located right next to a tram station, so you can hear the trams even at night.
The female staff member was very friendly and explained things to us in good English.
There were two of us, and the room had three beds and a sofa, which was very spacious and clean. The shower room had a door and was private, but the lack of storage space was a bit inconvenient. There was a refrigerator, kettle, glasses, and tea in the room.
This may not be the hotel's fault, but we could hear the Chinese people in the next room talking and coughing, so perhaps the walls are thin.
Breakfast started at 7:30 and was more than adequate. There was a woman's hair in the salad, which was a bit unpleasant.
Other than that, there were no particular issues and we were very satisfied!

Lovely New Years stay
Amazing service as soon as we arrived from a lovely friendly lady on reception.
Easy efficient check-in, incredible value for money.

We didn’t use the resturant as we were out and about a lot of the time, but the bar was lovely, really quaint and cosy, lovely red wine.

Only negative was the pillows were a bit lumpy but I can live with that.

Overall I’d use this hotel again and recommend it, good location close to dive walking distance to everything.

Comfort Zero! Very poor condition!!!!!
The hotel does not offer any comfort. The bathroom is very small and tight. I couldn’t even take a shower properly because the shower head was loose. The pillows were saggy. The walls were releasing a white dust that got into my clothes. For the price we paid that hotel should offer at least a decent condition to stay

The roof of the room is slanted, which makes it a little inconvenient to take a shower, but it's usable! All in all this price is very good! The experience is pretty good!

Nice stay in Prague. Hotel was nice and quiet with a great location close to river and tram stop. Friendly and helpful staff

The staff was so nice and helpful. They advise us places where to eat and tours. This accomodation is near to Andel where the trams run frequently. There are several bars in this area. The hotel has antique style, but the rooms are very pretty. In the Night is quite, the beds are comfortable. We haven’t eat there, but they say the breaksfast is 6-9 Eur and you can eat everything. It is 15 minutes away by walking The Dancing House
