We requested to have room away from lift but got assigned just right next to the lift. Requested to change room right after for the next day, reception told us she will let her morning shift colleague take over. Morning shift senior receptionist told us to come back at 3pm to change ???? Hello ?? This is a hotel, not home stay. Why we pay so much for hotel ???!!! And we need to do it on our own ??
Definitely a dumb idea ! We have all our luggage packed and ready to move. All you need to do is help us move !

I’m sure we are just being neglected. Maybe someone with a white skin will get their request attended much better.
Location is best, need not to say. Breakfast is good.
Grateful for the young receptionist for her attitude.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. I had a great stay and was 100% satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed all aspects of our stay, good room size in the triple room with bathrooms in each; clean, comfortable with a modern feel but still keeping the authentic feel of the building. Staff were polite and informative throughout our stay, in all the reception, breakfast room and restaurant! The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh every morning, constantly being topped up by staff. The staff in general are a credit to this hotel. Overall a fantastic stay in a great location, a bit of a steep walk from Charles Bridge however this didn’t bother us!

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were warm and friendly and the bedroom was lovely.Breakfasts were excellent. Although we ate out I had one meal at lunch and the food was very good.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were very pleased. It’s an excellent location near the Prague Castle and Petrin Hill. Walkable to the Charles Bridge and Astrological Clock as well. Nearest tram stop is about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. Very easy to get around Prague with public transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor and had excellent views of the surrounding area. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Prague. Only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is quiet a hike up the hill from the tram stop. You can grab a cab if necessary, otherwise be prepared to climb quite a bit here and around other parts of the city.

Convenient location, great hotel stay
The airport pickup has been arranged by the hotel, which was extra charged. The checkin was smooth and easy. Location just next to the Prague castle and easy walking distance to the river and other attractions make it a convenient stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel WiFi was sufficient. The breakfast was good with adequate / sufficient choices. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful room with one of the best views in Prague. Kind and quick check-in. Peaceful and quiet at night. Luxurious-feeling/smelling hygiene products in bathroom, heated floors. Gorgeous lighting in room. Uber willing to pick up right out front. It is quite the slog up Nerudova, but well worth it! Convenient to multiple places for food/snacks. Well stocked mini bar with ok-ish prices.
Will stay again of ever in Prague!

I loved my stay! I switched a couple of different rooms since I decided to extend it. I highly recommend it, especially the supreme room with the view is worth it! Staff was very friendly, helpful, even when I wasn’t feeling well one staff member was kind enough to suggest options and let me know what clinics I could visit. David was also great and was very helpful when I was having panic attack, the location is superb!
