Martin Hotel Prague in Prague

I stayed at Martin Hotel Prague during Christmas 2025. The bed was comfortable, and the sitting area in the room was good. The morning breakfast was also nice, with a good variety of food. However, the bathroom was very small and not comfortable enough to take a proper bath. At night, I was disturbed by noise from other rooms, which made it hard to relax. Also, the heater or air conditioner was making noise throughout the night, and because of this, I could not sleep well. Overall, some parts of the stay were good, but the noise and small bathroom affected my experience.

Let's start with the fact that the hotel staff was very nice and it was easy to communicate with them, the location itself was also good because it was not far from the center and there was a tram stop . But the rooms looked bad, definitely not 4*, the air conditioning itself did not work and "spit" dust and the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work and exploded in my hands, which blew out the plugs in the entire hotel And it must be added that due to the traffic jams, we couldn't turn on anything except the light all day long. ( Fridge, TV, air conditioning that barely works) They used some strong scents in the corridor that made your head spin and the room smelled musty. Breakfast is free and quite good, but the same every day, which is not good for a longer stay (there is a buffet, but it's always the same) And the fridge... it was impossible to sleep because it was so loud, if you can't fall asleep with loud buzzing sound, it's a tragedy.

It could be good place to stay, if it has good staff. They need to work much more on hospitality, which is now soviet-style.
