It's a very nice hotel. A very warm welcome by the hotel reception. You have a choice of a lift or stairs to get to your room on any floor. The room was spacious and offered a shower and bath, fridge, air conditioning, and a fan. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Fruits juices, hot and cold continental style food, good coffee machines, fresh fruit, and various breads and cakes...

Location is perfect . Parking is a bit difficult and expensive . No private parking possible . Only parking on the street for a maximum of 24h and than need to repark. Breakfast is really good . The price and service for the hotel is pretty good for the location . Super clean and friendly personal , super helpful. Every time again when I am in Prague.

I was very impressed with the Nespresso machine in each room and the amenities provided, which were more than enough for Japanese standards. It's convenient to go anywhere by tram or bus. I also appreciated that breakfast hours were long, until 11:00.

The hotel does not have air conditioning and blows away the fan. The temperature difference between day and night is large. It is ok at night, but very hot in the morning.

Except for no air conditioning, the room was fine. The guy at the front desk was very patient and the waiters were nice. But the taxi fare to and from the airport was a little expensive.

Good location and friendly, but there are cockroaches and wifi is not good.

The hotel by itself was amazing, clean, pretty and confortable. Servis and breakfast were at the standart one can expect at a place with 4 stars. Only downside was a lot of noise coming from the street cars which the windows did not mute very well.

Decent hotel. Clean and with spacious rooms. The bathroom was very small and lacked natural ventilation. Located 30-40 minutes from the historic center and 3 minutes from metro and/or tram stops. The staff were all very friendly, and the location near Prague Castle was fantastic. While it was a bit pricey and the surrounding area wasn't very developed, meaning we had to walk quite a bit, the delicious breakfast and the vintage, elegant feel of the accommodation made it well worth the cost.

Our room was large and spacious, but the beds were very small and not very comfortable. The extra bed for our daughter was particularly narrow and on wheels, so she had to be careful not to move too much or she'd end up in the middle of the room. I was surprised that for $80 this really was even better than the photos. Easy check in and out. Beautiful rooms. All of the luxuries. A gem. This is a must stay place in Prague near the river.

The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate our request of an extra bed. Check in and check out was hassle-free and the hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Had an absolutely great time there, the lady who received us was a trainee, so she forgot basic stuff like bringing our luggage we had left there earlier to our rooms and we had to ask again for the included bottle of Prosecco, but besides that the service was absolutely impeccable and I would easily recommend the place to anyone. Centrally located apartments in Wenceslas square. Well furnished and quite. Pity that the framed print of Klimts "The Kiss" was hung on the wall horizontal instead of vertically. Won't hold this against them.

Perfect studio for a romantic escapade in the heart of Prague. Located under the roof of a building on Wenceslas Square. We can access a nice balcony giving us nice view over Prague. We were there in January, and the only comment would be that the heating was a bit too low, especially at night. I think it is related to the central heating, but needs to be mentioned.

I lived in a big room with kitchen.Big space big bed and there are some useful kitchen equipments that I can use for cooking. I give 4 stars because there were lound noises in night time from the next door.

We was in roof terrace appartment with 3room,under us was Mark&Spencer. Was very nice apartment, big terrace also. And when u went down to the street u was in the heart of Prague in Vaclavske namestie....was nice

Great stay! A bit far from the central area but it's still a hip neighborhood. The hostel itself is great and each floor has it's own mini kitchen. And there is a breakfast for €4 as well if you want a quick bite. Definitely recommend!

Very good value for it's price. Good location. Close to tram stop. It doesn't have elevator and might be hard to go to the 4th floor. Small but practical kitchen in every floor. Very beautiful and nice yard and balconies in every floor. Clean beds. Although it has many beds in each room, but since the rooms are very big, it's not annoying. Overall good hostel with clean facility. Appreciate the quiet female room. Disliked the smokers at balcony (right outside room's windows). Extra €4 on breakfast. Free coffee tea. Free washing machine. Space to hang up washed clothing. Good tables for dining and using laptops. Nice courtyard. Stayed few nights but weekend price was too high so I left.

Very clean. Unfortunately one of my roommates lost his wallet. But that is no fault of the hostel anyway. The people are very friendly especially the housekeeping staffs. And you get ample amount of coffee/tea all round the clock for free. Also gets beer/cool drinks from the vending machine which are not that expensive.

Great experience! The staff were nice, it has a good atmosphere, lots of young people and is located close to the tram which brings you into the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Make sure to bring your own towels though and the kitchen is quite small.

It is a good place to stay in Prague. Some good things I'd point are: - good location (near main train station) - general cleanliness (sometimes you can find a wet floor in the bathroom or something out of place, but can't blame them because of guests behaviors.
