Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet our expectations. While the rooms were nice and spacious, they appeared somewhat worn and had a few stains. The spa area also only partially impressed us: the pool was rather cold, and not all the saunas were working.

However, the extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention.

30 minutes waiting to check in. Electricity went off twice during our check in so had to reset computer each time. So I think nearly 1 hour all told. Embarrassing. Rooms are very tired. Hole in blind in bathroom which I covered during my stay. Food was warm not hot. All staff were vey good and friendly. Golf course is outstanding.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. The hotel is set in the most spectacular scenic location and the atmosphere is friendly. A special mention to Jana for all her help during our visit. Look forward to returning in September.

Great experience at this hotel. Wellness in a high quality (swimming pool, relax zone, gym, several types of saunas) as well as restaurant with friendly and kind staff. Really tasty food and awesome choice of czech wine. 100% recommended.

No no no! Strongly not recommended hotel. Awful service in the restaurant. Daniel the waiter was terrible and unpleasent! The next day blonde waitres told me at 10.06 that I will not receive more water to drink as the breakfast is till 10.00 and it is over. Our key card was set only till noon the next day, as it was difficult to set it for 2 nights, so we need to wait in the reception for another setting. In the reception is only a "trainee" for all day, who works here only 3 weeks and do not know how hotel should work. He called us in the morning and asked to immediately pay for the massage which is... in the afternoon later that day! At the room there is no, botteled water, amanities, even earpads nor kettle and AC doesnt work properly. It would be unfair to say that all the hotel is 1* as the food is super tasty and spa is really enjoyble. There is no manager in here who will tell the employee how the hotel shoul be organized.

Great, we go to Cihelen repeatedly. The golf course is beautiful, the hotel rooms are modern with perfect beds, a friendly atmosphere, and pleasant staff. Ideal for relaxation with golf activities combined with wellness. We recommend it to everyone.

Not the best location but it’s peaceful little far from the center of the city.

It's a Really great place to spend a weekend, or more. We have been there in a winter time, so I can just imagine how gorgeous it could be in a summer time. It was a birthday celebrations, so everything was really on a top level - starting from services, cousine, waiters, atmosphere etc. For sure I'll be back, Cihelny!
