Excellent location, very helpful staff and very good food.

I did stay at the hotel Pavlov, the location of the hotel is amazing and is just minute away from all the amazing places in Karlo Vivary. However the hotel itself needs some renovation. The basement where the spa rooms are - you could see cracks in the walls and it did smell like mould in some of the rooms.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and have medical treatments, if you need to. Super friendly staff, helping with all our needs, excursions, transport and any day to day questions. Superb medical staff, very friendly and organized, no long waiting in line to get to your prescribed procedures. And the food is well above expectations!!!

Absolutely delighted with the service and very warm welcoming from the staff. Wanted to say a special "thank you" to the kitchen staff for delicious and various food. Assesment was done by a highly qualified doctor who prescribed the needed procedure which I really enjoyed. Also, each of these treatments were clearly explained by friendly specialists while giving. Next year I am planning to come back...

Nice hotel with a great service and great massage. However, there is no swimming pool and sauna is really small.

Lovely hotel! Clean, nice and friendly staff, great Breakfast! Unfortunately, the pool is not present, but hotel inexpensive. But there is a free sauna and relaxing treatments (really paid).

Centrally located, within walking distance to the main sites of Karlovy Vary. Very friendly service and decent prices. The rooms however are less impressive than the exterior of the hotel. The food is fine, but nothing to wow about. All in all - I can recommend it, but only half-heartedly.

Beautiful hotel ( 3+ stars, not 4, in my opinion) in a quiet area, not too far from the main area of interest. Nice and big rooms, clean and some of them with balcony. I was lucky to have a room with balcony and street view. No air condition and sometimes it is very hot in the room. We had few days with 26 -28°C inside and was uncomfortable. Reception staff very nice, all of them smiling all the time...

The hotel is good - the location is excellent in relation to the water sources - 2 minutes and at the Garden Spring - a quiet and cozy street - procedures on a schedule everything is organized and convenient! The food is above all praise, not enough fruit, but this is for amateurs! We come 8 times to Karlovy Vary and this hotel is on our list of favorites!

The masseuse in wellness is racial, she cannot adequately respond to the customer's wishes even after the warning, I do not recommend massage

Room very clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly. The pool with the possibility to rent the whirlpool privately was absolutely brilliant. One point deduction for the food ... Unfortunately, that wasn't quite as tasty. But we will definitely be back 🙂

The hotel and staff are excellent. Everything is ready, clean, the food is excellent, the pool is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely small hotel with indoor parking, lovely spa and good meals. Stuff is very kindly. The rooms were spacy even for kid's bed and trolley. The place is rather distant from colonnade, but 25 minutes walk will bring you there. Close to highway it is easy to reach and ideal for trips to sounding areas.

Room clean, breakfast and the restaurant serve good foods and the counter service person is friendly.

Beata at reception is very attentive to the customer. She reassures us and gives helpful advice. A very good hotel.

The deluxe twin room was absolutely amazing!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and we had a very spacious family room with two rooms and a great bathroom. The KV Arena is just a few minutes away on foot or by car, and the bus stop is practically right outside. The breakfast was very extensive; only the bread rolls weren't quite to our taste.

Located off the beaten path, this carefully restored old factory offers spacious rooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms equipped with every amenity, and an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was only adequate. However, the reception staff were excessively slow at check-in, and there were indecisive and inaccurate comments on the final bill, which were later clarified. The private parking is convenient.

Hotel Malé Versailles is the perfect spot in Karlovy Vary! The location is beautiful, with a small swamp in front that adds to the charm. The Russian church nearby looks like a scene from a magazine, and the surrounding forest is peaceful. The Diana Lookout Tower is just a short walk away, offering stunning views. The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is ideal - only 10 minutes to the center...

Within 10 minute walk from this park like setting you will be on the Main Street for KV. Our room was very large and remodeled. Bath was also nice with large shower and rain showerhead that was so relaxing! Front desk lady friendly. She spoke German and limited English. We communicated well. We parked in front and also saw many friendly dogs! Breakfast was plentiful of typical choices.

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The restaurant is great - recommend! But we had quite loud nights due too festival party taking place in the restaurant. For quite nights I recommend to have rooms to the forest ( not facing the lake).

During our 2-night stay, our group of six (including two children) had dinner here every evening. Each time, it was an outstanding dining experience that satisfied everyone. We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Promenáda Restaurant. The service was outstanding – attentive, professional, and warm. I had the sea bass, perfectly cooked and full of delicate flavor. I had a delightful stay at the hotel for a business trip. The location is central, making it incredibly convenient. A beautiful hotel in the city centre of Karlovy Vary. We spent there a weekend on the weekend package. Breakfast was very good - lovely place and the food was tasty. It's a very nice little complex with rooms and small apartments, budget. Very clean and simple. Staff are really lovely and attentive. It's a 10 minute drive into karlsbad. Don't use bolt taxis!

I didn't stay there actually, but my friend did and I went there to rent bicycles, the host there is just an amazing person and you feel very homish there instantly! I would mos def consider staying there in the future for how the host was helpful! Totally recommended

Cute warm place far from city center

A bit tucked away from the main stream, we loved every minute in there: spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, beautiful property and plenty to do. Wish we could spend more time in there.

I liked my stay at the pensions very much, and can recommand it. - I had the best 2 night's sleep for long - Great location in nature ça 20min from the tcheque ski slopes - Great breakfast and dinner - very friendly woman renting the place :-) - Common room to discuss/play/for kinds to play with table tennis For non tcheque / German speaker (English only) it might be a bit tricky to get around.

Nice place Had a nice stay. The down side was the parking. I paid for 2 days parking and than was unable to park. The spot I was assigned to was given away to someone else before the staff fixed the problem with my parking

Value Basic accomodation clean friendly and convenient

Perfect In a quiet and peaceful place, near the forest, near the bus stop, the possibility to rent a tennis court or a badminton court! A beautiful walk into town, you can get spring water on the way. The equipment of the room is suitable, there is a kettle in the room. Breakfast can be purchased.

A place to stay Pretty straightforward, no frills, simple place to stay, with restaurant and tennis/badminton facilities. Let them know if you are checking in late, and they will tell you how to access after hours.

A very good place SImple, as the price suggests, but clean, nice and pleasant. We enjoyed the sport facilities on the premises very much. It definitely worths the money and beyond.

We did not stay at the hotel, we only used the wellness, where a very nice atmosphere was created, a clean environment. The owner was very nice, he welcomed us nicely and showed us everything. We will be happy to come back again :)

A small hotel located in a picturesque place. The room had no air conditioning or kettle. It was very stuffy in hot weather. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, but the staff took away the dishes very quickly, sometimes even not letting you finish eating. And the check-out time was very early, which also caused discomfort. In general, a modest hotel for a reasonable price.

If you’re travelling by car, it’s important to make in advance a reservation for a parking spot (they have some parking spots along the road); no public parks available in the area (next are ca. 1 km away. We were on a Christmas stay, the hotel is close to the promenade and the Christmas spa was beautiful. Every evening the dance evenings were great. The rooms are clean. The food is acceptable, except that you order food the day before and you get a different one, because it simply didn't work out. We didn't stay at the hotel; we had lunch with an organized group at Bernard Restaurant, which belongs to the hotel. The service was excellent; in fact, one of the waiters tried to communicate with us in Spanish—he was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious, typical of the region.

Put us in a room with absolutely nothing but retaining wall rocks outside. Lots of noise from hallways when cleaning staff was working the rooms. We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered. Our reservation said our stay included breakfast each day but there was none...

The apartment was extremely clean and serviced regularly. I really appreciated finding such a nice accommodation that allows dogs (including an extra cleaning fee). It would have been nice if parking spots had been included in the price; this was the only downside.

Lovely small hotel right in the prime location, only few minutes down to all the hot springs and “tourist” area. Had very peaceful sleep, the hotel area is very quiet at night. The owner/manager was friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating; however, loud conversations among the service personnel and a somewhat unenthusiastic service in the breakfast area marred the overall impression. Furthermore, the scrambled eggs were consistently cold and therefore inedible.

Room feels 40 years old, looks dated. Hotel facility is old, dark, and hard to find. Parking is VERY limited, and is 20euro/day across the river (3 minute walk from the hotel.) The road crossing the river is closed at night, so the drive from the hotel to parking is 18 minutes... but once you're lucky to be parked, the location is also perfect. This is a guesthouse I would recommend. The rooms are clean, and the mattresses are fine. The guesthouse is located somewhat uphill, so it's definitely not suitable for wheelchair users or elderly people who have difficulty breathing. Otherwise, I can highly recommend this guesthouse.

Fantastic accommodation above the old town. Quiet location, parking, large bedroom, and an extremely spacious bathroom. There's no kitchen, but a kettle is provided. We stayed here a few weeks ago for one night with two people and two dogs. Despite the language barrier, everything went perfectly. The room is clean and very spacious. The refrigerator and the terrace, which you can use, are great. We really enjoyed the convenience. We would love to come back 🤗
