We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace. It is a complex of 5-6 buildings connected with a maze of corridors. It was interesting to wander around. Definitely overpriced hotel for what you get. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. The room was cold and when asked about it, was told there is no more heating in May. The park is run down same as the hotel. The big guy in the reception was very rude. Pool was OK, but water not really very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the sour herrings. The location is great . The first impression spoils the hall and reception Desk(old) Rooms after repair ,not large but comfortable. Very nice lady receptionist, whatever we needed immediately arranged, šikulky. Weekend wellness, with procedures were a bit confusing, but in the end ok. For me, the massage only in quotation marks, but the bath and peat poultice down to - 1 at the young lady great. Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet our expectations. While the rooms were nice and spacious, they appeared somewhat worn and had a few stains. The spa area also only partially impressed us: the pool was rather cold, and not all the saunas were working. However, the extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. The hotel is set in the most spectacular scenic location and the atmosphere is friendly. A special mention to Jana for all her help during our visit. Look forward to returning in September.

Great, we go to Cihelen repeatedly. The golf course is beautiful, the hotel rooms are modern with perfect beds, a friendly atmosphere, and pleasant staff. Ideal for relaxation with golf activities combined with wellness. We recommend it to everyone.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during a bike trip. The owner was super friendly and allowed me to store and charge my e-bike in a little spare room. The hotel and the room are freshly renovated, but they kept the original imperial style in a beautiful way. I had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was delicious as well.

A beautiful gem nestled in the Bohemian Forest. Quietly situated with a fantastic spa, lovely rooms, and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. My wife and I were completely satisfied. This certainly won't be our last stay; we'll be back soon.

Quaint hotel close to shopping and restaurants with a nice morning breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom plus an exceptional shower although no curtain to keep the floor dry. The elevator was small so may take more than one trip to your floor.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was amazing. The view was incredible and the location was unparalleled. Wonderful location. Great staff. Would have preferred a cooling unit option in the room, we had to open the windows with no screen, at night. Specifically contact them ahead of time for a parking spot otherwise you will walk about 5 minutes for covered paid parking.

We stood at Interhotel Central for 7 days, I have no idea why this establishment lacks the last, fifth star. Numbers are cozy, super clean and fresh, the cleaning team is super disciplined and I (to be honest) tired at some point to wake up to the knocking lady who performed her job as if she was a Swiss watch. The hotel captures/keeps alive the old grandeur from when Karlovy Vary was a playground for the 18th century aristocrats, or so I get the feeling. Great location, parking right there in front or in the back (set up ahead of time would be easier), great rooms, great breakfast, and super helpful staff. Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small. Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included.

My experence was very good. Room clean and as seen in pictures online. Position off hotel TOP in city center. Staff kind and helpfull + very kind to dogs. Price and service ratio was great for me. I was impressed by minimal food waist (by far the lowest in my experiances) and also by willingness to serve something else / making more food if you need it.

Good value and great location Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station. The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March). I can't say enough about a well-kept, clean hotel with an excellent medical center. The swimming pools, the roof terrace, all usable even after hours thanks to the exquisite courtesy of all the reception staff. I made a booking through a 3rd party website, without the option of free cancellation. Despite this, I contacted the hotel direct and they agreed to a full cancellation without any penalty. Lovely suite of 2 rooms with balcony overlooking the town. Free parking right outside. Two flights of steps with no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble lifting your bags. It is a 15 minute walk straight down into the city, so not a spot for elderly but great for the physically active. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
