Las Terrenas, calle 27 de Febrero 🧭 Map
Josefina made our reservation so easy and communicates well with any needs we had to the staff. Location is perfect and breakfast great with a beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor above the offices. Very nice for a basic hotel. Villas clean with a/c in sleeping area. Downstairs has a room with a king bed and closed room while upstairs has air also, but not as cool since it is open to...
Beautiful place, convenient to everything. Great beaches right across the street!!!
beautiful place, great serbice
The place is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast here is great and has a great view of the beach. The pool is kept pretty clean and even lights up at night. If you're staying in Las Terrenas I would definitely recommend staying here.
Beautiful and comfortable property. It has all for a relaxing holiday. Courteous staff and clean rooms. Very well kept and looked after.
I've been coming to the Villa for almost 12 years now. It's like home away from home. Just got back from a 5 day stay and it was great!!. The staff and new amenities are amazing.! There is a new dining space for guest with ocean views I might add.!! Yes.!

great staff... fine dinner options...
The hotel is in a really lovely location overlooking the Caribbean. The most expensive rooms are superb - not sure about the others as I have not seen them.
The meals could be a bit better. The pizzas are very good, and some dishes were great, but we had a couple of disappointing meals.
Simple hotel, nothing fancy, but the room was awesome.
Very clean.
The only inconvenient was a lady smoking in the breakfast area restaurant. I spoke to the owner, but apparentely it was normal
Exceptional place to stay with the family.
Very good service, good food, friendly staff
Beautiful view of the ocean, nice pool
On our birding tour of the DR our group stayed here for two nights. My room was fairly small but comfortable with good AC. The bathroom was fine with hot water in both the sink and the shower. After the first night they serviced the room nicely. Wi-Fi is weak and intermittent. Ate dinner in the restaurant twice which was acceptable. Bed was comfortable

Clean, spacious rooms. A minor issue was resolved fast and check in/check out was a breeze. The breakfast was plentiful. We would go back.
Very spacious rooms/apartments, very convenient location with shops and restaurants at your door steps. Worth getting the ocean view. Full of life - can get a bit noisy.
Highly recommend this hotel. Amenities, staff and uniqueness of this hotel will make it the ONLY place I stay in Las Terrenas !
The breakfast was delicious and the view from my balcony of the ocean was very relaxing
I Stayed At The Property Two Times So Far And Everything Was Great I Planned To Revisit Again Soon
Clean. A/C works 100%... Only issue is that the main Club is right in front so be ready to club n dance to the music n noise till 2am.weekdays.

Cabarete, Calle del Cementerio no 3 🧭 Map
My stay has been amazing. The views are unforgettable and breathtaking. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The area is secluded from the main street so it is safe and quiet. I would definitely come back here when I return. 11 out of 10.
Worth the upgrade to the oceanfront room. The property is so amazing. Close grocery store. Close to all of the beach activities and restaurants.
No Balcony at my unit, but overall a good experience with a good value.
Hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable! You feel like you are in the paradise. Thstaff is excellent. I would recommend it!
Hot water, A/C, clean rooms, location, location, location!!! And, the price was more than reasonable. Shout out to Rosa and the girl who helps clean. Very sweet and responsive. The whole staff was amazing. Definitely staying there again. Gracias mi gente ahí!!! ;)
The best views in Cabarete. The hotel is right next to a supermarket which is very convenient. The staff is amazing, thank you Francisco, see you soon. This place is a hidden gem 10/10

Punta Cana, Av. Alemania 10, El Cortecito 🧭 Map
The hotel has a great location, close to the beach , shops , restaurants .
The rooms are fairly clean, but several things need repair, such as the ceiling, showers, and hairdryers. The staff speak little or no English, which can make communication difficult.
Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent option mainly because of its location.
Staff are amazing there and so helpful .The room and balcony were lovely and you couldn't fault that. The only problem for us was that we thought we were booking their sister hotel of the similar name at the seaside but we got round that by being based at the beach in the day and even had breakfast there as the two hotels were very flexible. We were given blankets to use instead of towels which was...
Room was large, hotel is overall tidy. Generally the furniture is on the older side but at this price range it does exactly what I expected it to. Great location near the beach too, however if you plan to chill in your room during the day, there's a busy road right under the windows and it gets very loud. It gets quieter after sunset.
Staff was helpful. I was given a room that had not been cleaned and the staff immediately fixed the situation.
However the next room and a mold smell and the AC was not working. I asked to be moved the following morning to another room with AC and was told maintenance would come and repair and there was no need to move.
I waited 2-3 hours and maintenance never arrived so I did not stay additional...
Exceptional Service from Gregory at the Front Desk!!!
I had an amazing experience thanks to Gregory at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Gregory always greeted me with a smile and genuine kindness, which...
This hotel is a great value for the price. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great, and a nice breakfast and coffee is included. The staff were all friendly and I felt safe staying there. Bavaro Beach is a short walk away. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Everything was great! Clean room, staff was amazing and very helpful
Nice location, breakfast was a joke. Staff is friendly but slow and limited. No hot water for your shower.
Great staff. Right on the beach. Good breakfasts and the restaurant is tasty overall.
We loved the Hotel but our Bedroom needed to be cleaned better!
Good location. The reception staff were friendly, but the people working at the beach restaurant were incredibly slow, inattentive, and careless: you had to ask them to serve you or prepare your food because they never had anything ready.
Breakfast was included (see photo), but it was very basic and lacked variety.
Restaurant prices were expensive, as were the massages (€60/hour). The Wi-Fi didn't...
Our Room was clean and comfortable. We also liked the balcony with the view. One Lady at the reception was really friendly and kind, the other people working in the hotel and restaurant were unfriendly. They are not speaking a single word in english and ignore you, if you do not speak spanish. The breakfast was really bad. Low quality piece of ham or salami and eggs. This facility is the best! We stayed for a week late March 2026. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area is safe. I would go out the locked gate early mornings and walk. Everyone was pleasant. The hotel and area is so quiet. The massage and horseback riding was unmatched! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They ended up being like family! Moises, Gleni, Anna, Chickie,...
a week here; satisfactory rooms, including good cooking facilities; quite good amenities on site; a fair walk to the beach; some nearby shops; fairly casual reception; need car or shuttle for trips to Cabarete or Sosua
We arrived in Jan (off season) it was super quiet and what we wanted (we were the only ones there besides staff) allowing us to take amazing pics (I haven’t n loaded yet) it was a great experience. Although at night, I did get a tiny bit concerned when we went back to tip the staff and there wasn’t anyone to be found. Nothing bad happened in fact we are planning on coming back. The location is a bit complicated but very quiet.
The location should have been closer to the city. You must have transportation for outside shopping, restaurants, etc. The location is secluded, but nice if you want to just stay in one place. I would recommend Casa Linda for this area.
Everyone made this stay the best one yet. I had no issues and everything went smooth. The shuttle bus was very convenient. And the restaurant had many foods to offer. Pools are very clean and it is a very quite resort.

Love this place. Nikki and her staff could not be more welcoming. And the breakfast burritos have a special place in culinary heaven
Garden by the Sea continues to be the most peaceful and relaxing boutique hotel on the north coast, The owner, Nikki, could not be more welcoming and it is her mission to make guests’ stays enjoyable. She succeeds every time!
The host was very nice and offered an excellent service. The place was very cozy and nice.
Unfortunately, I only stayed there for one night, but I can highly recommend this B&B, unless you want to be right in the center of Sosua.
- Nikki, the owner, is a wonderful host, communication with her was perfect and she was very flexible when I had to change my flight. The transfer to and from the airport (approx. 20 minutes) was also perfectly organized.

Little hidden Gem. Excelent staff, clean rooms and good location.
It was a great experience. The managers are very kind, and that makes us consider them as an option when we travel through the eastern region again.
Jorge was amazing host. I would highly recommend this place.
Very good service. I went to pick up a client as a tour company, and they offered me coffee. I was allowed to use their bathroom. I recommend it 101,102 times! The coffee was very good, and the bathroom was super clean and tidy. Our client also said he liked it a lot.
Great welcome and helpfulness from all the staff, small room with few pretensions but absolutely clean. We spent there only one night but we had a good time. We were able to leave the car for a day without any problem.
The hotel itself has a beautiful Colombian coffee-bar style. Everything is clean and beautiful, but the best thing about this place is the people! Angelica and her husband are incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and very nice people. And we loved the little dogs! It was good
I liked the hotel. Didn’t love the location. It was comfortable and good breakfast.
Not the best area to be able to walk to points of interest. And the area around the hotel is very dirty and right off a main road but inside the property the hotel feels resort like with a garden and pool with a swim up bar. Pool was amazing and seating was conformable. And breakfast was great I recommend combo 4. I didn't like the rooms so much because the showers take about 4mins to heat up. Also...
Property was well kept albeit a bit simple, but a good value for the price. Food is ordinary, but ok for a short stay. 10-15 min taxi from the cruise port. Not near the beaches, so if that's your thing, look elsewhere. Also helps to be bilingual
.
I had a great time staying there, great staff and good security. I would highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back.

Parking lot area and night security is constantly on his phone and the not pay attention and rude .
I asked questions in both Spanish and English and he was not personable.
I like that is private, the beach is beautiful, but I didn’t like the limited food options, and that the bar close so early, if you go there in please be mindful that after 6:30pm there is nothing going on, unless is Saturday. The information/ communication needs to get better, if I’m coming to a new place I expect the employee that you see the most have basic information on what tours they offer,...
We had a fabulous 2 nights stay! The room was spacious, well decorated beachie vibe, spacious balcony, updated throughout. The beach club was awesome with gorgeous amenities and the beach is stunning. Drinks, especially the Margaritas was awesome!! Thxs to all the wonderful staff you made our stay memorable.
This spot isn't bad for the price but I have a few complaints they can work in. There is no iron, and only one spot to place bottles and soaps in the shower i was only able to fit one soap and one bottle and had to place my razor shampoos and comb on the floor. 21 Palms provides the perfect marriage between the solitude of an idyllic paradise and the creature comforts of a hotel. The rooms themselves are planted in the midst of palm trees and bushes of wild flowers, a 360-degree view of nature. Within a short walk, a pristine beach awaits, its waters nestled in a small bay. Few people come here, although we saw our share of horses and cattle strolling by...

The hotel is very clean, but the pictures on the site should be updated. Owner and staff are very pleasant. The place is cute but could use some TLC. There was only 1 lounge chair at the pool (an older one) and a few plastic chairs and small tables. The hot tub was not working. It's only about a kilometer from the beach and is in a good location near great restaurants.
I had my retreat here and it was the best place on earth!! Staff is SOOOO friendly, Angelina was absolutely amazing, it is so peaceful, & the food was so fresh!

Villa Serena is situated in a beautiful location with a small yet private beach. I reached out in advance and requested a specific room if available and was told it would be no problem but when we arrived we were placed in a room adjacent to the lobby and not quite the privacy I was hoping for. This is the fourth time in five years that I've stayed at this hotel. We always take one of the "budget" rooms. They're not fancy but they are quiet, clean, comfortable, and secure.
The pool is fantastic, there are places to sit outside, nice gardens, the staff are friendly and professional.
There is an onsite restaurant which is serves good but basic food. It is a little expensive but I am happy...
Rooms fine, stuff is very nice and helpful. High value for money. Good location If you want to stay close by the airport.
Shared areas as pool and restaurants are very nice and good Wi-Fi is available!
Clean rooms and friendly staff really make this place stand out. Reasonably priced and in a convenient location. Nice pool area and the on-site restaurant has a good menu. Bi-lingual (ESP/ENG) front desk makes for a very easy experience.
We will be back often.
Tropicana Hotel is the one of the best valued hotels in Santo Domingo. For one night you can get a decent room for $30 USD. You can upgrade for $40 for the night to a room with a decent view of the courtyard and pool. The hotel is a bit outdated however, it does preserve its old school charm. The location is not great, you will have to walk at least five or six minutes to reach the strip, but oh what...
Mangos hanging on the trees all along the pathway. The owners are very nice people, very friendly and helpful. Juan is a wonderful cook and a great guy!
It has been 12 years since last visiting this hotel. I was surprised that the quality of property and service has not headed for the worst. Awesome place! Highly recommended.
