They don't change towels daily, you have to keep asking for them to do it and it took them two days to do it, you have to pay for the electricity bill and the food isn't very varied.

We had an amazing stay at Figaro in Jan2021. The view is gorgeous for sure but the staff is also super friendly and willing to help! The breakfast is great and the staff team also sets up bbq on the roof for weekend days, which makes the atmosphere even cozier. The room was fine, but the property does not have parking. The on-site parking referred to is on street and not reserved. The parking is limited and the streets are narrow and busy. We had to park a few streets away and walk for about 5 mins to get back to the hotel. I would suggest not coming with a car.

The other reviews saying you must go outside to the side to go to the restaurant/beach/pool is true so I might avoid the busy weekends. But overall the experience was great thanks to the friendly staff and good food + drinks at the restaurant. (Worth paying for vs all inclusive IMO) There is also staff watching over your things at the beach front when you’re swimming so it feels safe.

The hotel is in a great location, however the facilities are old and some part of the lobby ceiling were broken and damaged. The curtains in the room were dirty and seems old. No complain about the staff, super attentive, specially the receptionist and the security guy. Brakefast was very good. With a little renovation this hotel will be excellent.

Staff is great location is all great. Your about less then 10min walk to beach & stores & food all around so no taxi needed unless your really wanting to see the major sites.
