Bloved was our favorite dining establishment i the whole resort. I discovered some delicious Dominican food, as well as some familiar dishes. The staff are all happy, kind and very accommodating

They have lots of fun things to do- and it is also a great place to relax! The beach was absolutely beautiful. This was our first trip down south and certainly did not disappoint! We would 100% come back here again!

A couple of issues but were made up for other people. The happiness, Coordinator Hanzel was incredible. Him and his team made our stay 10 times better than it would’ve been without them

On our first day, it took us almost an hour to reach the beach because we kept stopping to admire the view! Even though our stay was short, we want to say thank you

We will be back again because of him and the rest of the happiness crew at the beach

The pools are fantastic, and the bartenders are top-notch. The walk to the beach is beautiful; you can take stunning photos at every corner

More than five big pools, and 6 restaurants. Know that the beach is on the side of the other property but you can walk or take a trolley

We ate at hunter steak and enjoyed our meal. Service was great had to send steak back and they were kind and brought back a perfectly cooked medium rare with no issues

This is our 2nd time at this amazing hotel The experience is as good as ever

At first it bothered me, but we were able to use both hotels, except for some areas like the buffet at the larger one and a few other things. Other than that, the beach was beautiful and the pools were nice too

Not only that, we had to pay additional fees to meet at the other resort instead of the hotels helping us get together or even change our hotel to the other since they’re both owned by Hyatt it was a bit of a pain and extra expenses that none of us planned on

The people working at the hotel are all friendly and eager to serve. We enjoyed the chocolate that Marta Dino made for us every night, as well as Orquidea's attention to detail when cleaning our room

We just returned from an incredible week at Dreams La Romana Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic, and we’re already talking about going back! We travelled from Canada and stayed in the Preferred Club — it was absolutely worth it

The waterpark was a huge hit for our kids — and honestly, we loved it just as much. It added such a fun extra element to the trip. We also felt completely safe the entire time we were on the resort

Amazing service! The staff at Dreams has been trained so well. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Great amenities! We would love to come back!

The atmosphere is a very adult and chill vibe. Room is amazing with a beach view and the we've only tried the buffet so far but the food was delicious. Recommend for adults 5 out of 5 stars

Cibao was amazing and Friendly, I think his name is Angel and amazing everyone. Loves that everyone was soo nice, make you feel comfortable and welcome

No face towels we had to wash up with bath mats unfortunately. Televison was outdated and blurry batteries stopped working. Terrible view my balcony was facing a mansion or someone’s home with a gate

I had an amazing experience at punta Cana princess adults only. Me and my wife had an amazing experience! Jose at the reception was super kind and helpful. The chauffeurs and luggage folks were a huge help

The resort was lovely , small and well maintained, pool was so fun and food was great , staff was also amazing, we will definitely be back 🎉

Great drinks!! We stayed in the Tierra suite and it was amazing, private pool and beach front. Our mayordomo was awesome, David C. & Angelo at the beach service was amazing as well

Awesome experience here, smaller resort compared to others but it dosent feel small. Great beach location and excellent staff

The only downside was room service food was not good and not enough breakfast options, just one buffet and we felt the food there was always cold. All other restaurants for lunch & dinner were awesome

We stayed in the Viento Suite Ocean View it was expensive but worth it. We had the second floor and rooftop looking out over the beach to the ocean it was beautiful and the sound of the waves was mesmerizing

After COVID, we finally returned to celebrate my birthday and decided to stay at Live Aqua and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and very clean, and the weather during our stay was perfect

A special shout-out to Delvin, the manager of the pool area, whom we’ve known for many years from our previous visits to Dreams. Seeing him again made the trip even more special

The staff was amazing and the food is excellent. The views of the sea are spectacular. The property is next to an incredible beach just outside the resort with almost no people

Visited for five nights with two couples total and this place was definitely worth it! Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and amazing staff

there is no reason to go to an all-inclusive and not experience the very best, and the staff here will take the very best care of you! Yes, tipping is appreciated by them and when they go above and beyond, they deserve it

Kayla took care of our cabana daily, making sure we were stocked with beach towels and our cabana and items were safe and watched over

awesome activities coordinator, along with Maria! Luis Mario, Ismael, and Omar were the most amazing wait staff for our days on the beach. Get by the beach and you will never get up to get a drink while you're there

We had so many great experiences while we were there, from karaoke and singing, to the pools and beach, to the restaurants and quality staff. Never had a negative encounter, not once

The beach was spacious and beautiful. The pool area was well maintained and there were plenty of chairs for people to spread out

Anyone between the ages of 12 and 30 will HATE this place. Think secluded, safe, quiet, manicured, boring. A luxury splurge for the middle class. Bring books for the gorgeous pool and beach

We recently returned from an amazing week at this fantastic property. Not only was the property absolutely beautiful but the staff was attentive, hospitable, and just generally full of joy

Several restaurants and bars on location so there was no need to leave the property. Pool, property and beach were all well maintained. Overall an extremely positive experience

Johnny Solano was the most amazing host. He made our stay absolutely great. They have 4 pickle ball courts. He got us the equipment to use when everyone else, didn't have a clue as to what we were wanting to play

Which was to be reserved and additional charge and that didn't seem worth the cost and after being there I felt I made the right choice. Pool had plenty of lounges and so did the beach

Not surprising being in another country where it is not a well known sport

Johnny also scheduled all our reservations for the restaurants and helped with the bell hop for our luggage to be picked up from the room to the lobby for our return trip home

The hotel didn't really explain the difference between a standard stay and paying for the Diamond club stay. I only caught the pool side cabana on the website

It is a big resort complex so a ton to do and a lot of food options. The room was nice, we didn't go to spend a lot of time in the room :)

Had spider webs on the ceiling corners, the door to the bathroom lock was broken and you get stuck inside if you close the door

We had a great time here! Ok, admittedly the sales pitch was annoying. But after those 90 minutes, we had great service, good food, so much fun on the beach and pools!

They did not come when I called as promised,I had to go the next morning to guest service and they sent someone that afternoon and fixed the door and clean up the flood I had inside the room when it rained

The toilets didn’t even flush well. The room, you can say was like a sauna, due to how warm the room was. During the night, the light went out 3 times in the whole building, even while I was taking a shower

The food at the buffet was delicious and the place was very clean and hygienic. Before entering, they give you antibacterial and it is mandatory for everyone

The shows on the stage are super fun and the pool staff and games are awesome :) lisselotte was my favourite staff member! She is super fun and brings up the energy for everyone! The beach bar is fun at night and they have snack bar open if you need

Checked in to The Grand Paradise on Saturday and I absolutely love it here. It is beyond beautiful and the service at Cooee is amazing. Everyone here really goes the extra mile to make you happy, I never want leave.

Great part of the hotel. Nice employee and great atmosphere. Calm and relaxing holiday you will have for sure. And if you like business and entertainment you walk 2 min to the other pool and you can enjoy that

The new name of this property is unknown or if it will run as a resort. This is what every one who would like to return to the Grand Paradise Playa Dorada would like to know once this information is disclosed

The food and drinks were amazing, with a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from—each offering great quality, flavor, and atmosphere. There was always something new to enjoy, and nothing disappointed

Our stay at JOIA Bávaro was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay

The entertainment staff Dai, Pikachu, snoop Dogg, black mamba were so much fun and engaged guests in all different pool side games and evening activities

The bar tenders and wait staff were wonderful with Tobias and Angelo and Maya. Everyone was wonderful! We met many people who come. back year after year and we understand why

Breakfast didn't include bacon, and had only one type of ham and cheese. Small selection of vegetables and speciality dish, 1 type of fish and one type of meat. No cheese, ice cream or even pudding for dessert

I realize it is low season in Samana at this moment, but i had expected more from a Wyndham hotel. Further more, driving there, you can get lost, as there ar no signs or directions to follow

We expected a lot more for this hotel. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and so was the bellboy. The room was sober but clean and i have no comment on that

Rooms are clean and stocked with may amenities. The spa is nice. On a scale from 1 to 10 i give the staff a 1,00%

Our first trip to Dominica Republic and no regrets. Yuleidi is a service champion and her entertainment team is fantastic. Not a premium property, but not bad either. Walked for hours on the beach

Spent a lot of time in the water. Coconuts abundant along the beach. Brushed up on my dancing moves. I wish I knew about the deposit required to use the kayak etc on the beach beforehand

Everything was rusty in the bathroom and sink. The housekeeper enters the room without knocking. Only receives 1 bath towel no wash clothes.

The gym had a trainer during the daytime which isn't common. We were curious about the membership pitch for the Elite Club, but the timing isn't right for us. No complaints from our 3 kids (2 teens and an 8 year old)

The room was spacious and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The seating at the beach is horrible. Not enough seating and it is taken by people from early morning by just throwing a towel on the seat

Everyone has the only problem with sunbeds, but for one dollar it can be solved

The staff are friendly and the pool and beach are clean. My room was large and comfortable and the food has been some of the best buffet style hotel food that I’ve had while visiting Santo Domingo

They don't show up until much later. Either add seating or do not allow people to take seats without being there. They remove the dirty towels first then replace them later

it is a good retreat for resting, the food is dominican, and it is in the best spot in the boca chica beach

The cleaners to the gardeners were extremely polite and friendly. Would love to come back one day, but sadly we have an unofficial rule of always going somewhere different each time we travel

If this is your first time venturing to the Dominican Republic, hotel Catalonia is the perfect first stop. The island is absolutely stunning. Buffet food was consistently cold

Plenty of wildlife to enjoy in the nearby nature reserve and thankfully within the impeccably kept grounds too. I was amazed that I spotted 4 endemic species during my stay

We stayed in the duplex suite with a pool and it was so enjoyable and worth it. Drinks are provided quickly and with a smile. Everyone is so helpful and engaging

Upon arriving we was warmly welcomed by attentive staff and were shown our room. It was extremely spacious with twin sinks and bed large enough for 4 people

The private beach is great and the views here are spectacular! If you want a quiet, beautiful resort with excellent service we would highly recommend coming to the Bahia Principe Grand Samana

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Bahia Principe Grand Samaná. Our room (220) overlooked the bay, and with my binoculars — once I learned where to look — I could see whales breaching in the distance

The beach is small and intimate, perfect for relaxing without big crowds. The property is simply gorgeous, walkable — peaceful, scenic, and immaculately maintained

Also girl at the front desk with the pretty head band that checked us in an out and her tall counterpart I believe his name was Fernando also the porter that took our stuff up, y Medina in the parking lot that help me find my phone I dropped in the driveway came back an hour later and he found it for me — you all made us feel welcomed and cared for

A heartfelt thank you to my bartenders Fernando, Nilvio and Yacaury, wait staff Jose Antonio Fermi y Jose Antonio David and so many more, Rosa, Domingo, and Shariel kept me company while we charged my phone at the front desk

The service always came with a genuine smile and they go out of there way to get anything you ask for I know they're switching over but they need to keep these guys and give them a raise for treating their resort in a way that makes people want to come back and refer friends

My first experience at this resort exceeded all my expectations It was clean, friendly, loads of entertainment with delicious food and drinks. I really enjoyed the yoga classes with Cathy and the aqua fit with Henri

But I like that each day was something different to eat. WiFi in the room and around the resort was very spotty. Some people had issues connecting to the wifi in their room. I enjoyed the swim up bar and the beach

I highly recommend VH Gran Ventana! My family and I had a great time. The animation team—Carlos, Bryan, and Juan Carlos—were incredibly friendly and made sure we had a great experience

I had the best time with my family of 21 people! Sunny days, amazing food but what made the trip even better, was my man, CARLOS from the entertainment team

The beach is beautiful, the pool is great, the staff are amazing, but the rooms we had (yes, we had to switch rooms more than once) were not great (think leaking AC and water coming out of bathroom pot lights; part of the ceiling came down in our first room) and the food wasn’t that good

If you can do it, the beach bungalows look incredible. The main area of the hotel is incredibly beautiful. Loved the spa, had a great massage and facial

Must try the tenderloin steak, ribeye, fish tacos, fried fish and fries (on the beach), all mixed drinks

It was so fun having the golf cart to drive around cap cana, we stayed in the villa with a private pool which was incredible! The villa itself is a little dated in style but really beautiful and clean and so private, we loved it
