Honestly, I would like to give more positive feedback and review but I had better experience in 3 or 4 stars hotels around the world

I can't say enough at how wonderful the people treat you here

Majority of staff do not speak (or don't want to) basic English, so if you don't speak Spanish - you better find other place

A fantastic week to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. Julisa was incredibly helpful in keeping things organized even when we had to move venues last minute. The entire resort staff were friendly and very helpful

I had to thanks the amanzing entertainment team, Roselyn, Estiven, Mirian and the other guys made our stay suuuper special, we couldn't enjoy more. 💃🏼😍 The hotel had multiple bars and restaurants

This was our 2nd stay we went in March 2025 stated in Palace part of property this time in Barao Suite with rooftop balcony over looking ocean. Beautiful to wake up with the amazing ocean view

Though I do recommend having the premium membership in order to get in on the real good food the beach was nice, but mostly on the premium side

Overall, Impressive Punta Cana is a good hotel. The rooms were clean, the organization around the resort was nice, and the beach was amazing — definitely one of the best parts of the stay

The hotel grounds are well maintained, and the staff was generally friendly and polite. Plus the activities are very good! The biggest negative point was transportation, especially to and from the airport

I believe that is due to the fact that they allow people to upgrade when they arrive and don’t prioritize those that have these rooms already booked

You really have to figure everything out on your own. If you’re stuck at the airport or trying to leave, the hotel does not help — you’re basically on your own

Beautiful Beach view , and it was clean the whole time we were there !

Buffet at beach is the same every day but we switch it up with the Al la carte luncheon in the Gourmet restaurant

The mini fridge was restocked every time the room was serviced, which was convenient for having water bottles for brushing our teeth and taking to the beach in the morning

The beach is phenomenal as is Darel our butler

The nightly shows were very entertaining - like having our own Coco Bongo experiences! They have an entire team dedicated to entertaining the guests with games and parties, so much to do! The food was fantastic - 5 restaurants to choose from and we never had the same thing for dinner twice! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience for a family vacation. Teppanyaki at Ma+Suri, and Le Gourmet are the best restaurants here. The buffet food is average, nothing phenomenal, but nearly on par with any buffet back in the states

We requested extra towels as we were two people sharing the room, but they could never get it right

Probably the best bartender I’ve had at any resort. Israel at the buffet was another awesome server. Again, incredibly friendly and hardworking. Made sure you got everything you needed asap and did so without issue

José at the steakhouse was fantastic. Worked non-stop, super polite and friendly and made our kid smile to no end. And Sonia, our room staff, was an absolute sweetheart

The pizza shack is overcrowded with the feel of a feeding trough. The pool and beach snack bar doesn't let women enter in bikini tops. There are no star cooks in the kitchen

Family friendly hotels are usually a crap-shoot, but this one was nicer than anticipated. Food was great, resort was great and staff were excellent

From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing from start to finish!!! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun all-inclusive getaway in Punta Cana! The resort complex is stunning, with gorgeous tropical grounds, and a breathtaking sandy beach with crystal-clear turquoise water

Lots of food choices, shows every night, loves the double sinks and double shower in the bathroom. Pretty of loungers and lots of sun or shady spots by the beach. We enjoyed all the restaurants at the resort

He took matters into his own hands and personally walked us to our room and I was so grateful. He apologized for the room check in issues but I got no real explanation as to what happened

We got the run around after I refused to take two twin beds that we were being offered by the front desk so I feel like I was “black listed” by the front desk team as a result

My room wasn’t cleaned for two days and I was told it was as because I didn’t ask for it to be cleaned by pushing the button near the front door

It wasn’t until a concierge manager noticed us waiting in the lobby and commented how long we were waiting did we get our room

It took hours to get our room despite having a butler (whom was not able to effectively execute on any request I had for her)

As an ******* member I was told early check in would be an option- again didn’t happen for us

We stayed in the Reserve, went to the beach reserve and Martin was fantastic! Every morning heading down to the beach, he made sure we had an amazing view of the ocean and had the drinks coming! I would definitely ask for Martin when at the Reserve Beach! Irvin was our concierge, he was also just as amazing! Super relaxing hotel, nightly entertainment that was relaxed and fun!

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was truly exceptional and far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every single employee stood out as professional, and incredibly helpful

The service is very hit or miss here. The entertainment is also minimal and we had no idea what the schedule was since the app didn’t work. There was also no waiter service around the pool or beach

The pools were always clean and beautiful, with a special mention to The Reserve pools, which were absolutely stunning and peaceful

A special shout-out goes to Guillermo, the concierge, for his amazing service and dedication, and to Henler, who was extremely professional and did a fantastic job explaining the Circle membership in a clear and friendly way

We would like to give a special mention to Salvador, reservation, what a truly professional, caring person, He genuinely cares about guests, wants you to love DR,representing the hotel at the highest level

My fiance and I just came back a couple weeks ago we had an amazing time the staff was very kind and welcoming, the beach was beautiful

A very nice and clean resort. Every staff member we talked with were very pleasant and cheerful.

With regards to the rest of the resort, the people make the difference and it was so worth the visit!! Would visit again! Also, the beach is beautiful and the water was by far the best clearest swim! If yer not sure, be sure now! Book yer stay and book the swim up rooms! Love, live love it all!

Perfect, relaxing, chill, staff was excellent and catered to us making us feel very special! It’s a nice change for 2 older woman traveling! Usually we are overlooked but not here!!

Beach- Best in the DR! We never had an issue finding a palapa after breakfast. The towel stand was beside the sushi bar that smelled like sewage

Our room was spotless, the staff were great and the food options were plentiful ! The only complaint we had was the iron, it was a struggle getting wrinkles out of our clothes ugh

Love it! Nice Resort! Food is good and much variety, nice pools and beach, 5 of 5 star I’ll be back soon

The hotel grounds beach pool were beautiful, the rooms were average, beds not that comfortable, low grade finishes in bathrooms and rooms, the restaurants were average, but the food buffet (breakfast dinner) was excellent with plenty of variety

New years eve Party was family friendly and a 10! Very fun and lively and free for guests. Scuba caribe snorkelling was great

The room was clean and modern. The staff were amazing, attentive and polite and the food was good. I’d definitely stay at another RIU.

I have been to newer RIU properties for eg RIU Ocho Rios in Jamaica and it was beautiful there. But RIU Punta Palace is nice too. But not as new as RIU Ocho Rios. Still enjoyed my time because the staff was wonderful

Over all the resort was great! The food was good! Customer Service was outstanding! The only thing the WiFi wasn’t that great. The Riu party was lit we definitely had a time! I would definitely stay again!

He checked in at just the right moments, made great recommendations, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something — drinks refreshed, plates cleared, and everything flowing smoothly

Maximo was wonderful at Quimera restaurant was helpful and attentive the entire experience! The rooms and the facilities were cleaned constantly and housekeeping did more than could be expected

What a beautiful place with great people. Alejandro upon arrival set the tone for a great stay. Ricardo always at the pool serving drinks to The Level guests creating a special experience

We had a great experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Ronny. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

Our food and drinks came out perfectly timed, and Ronny made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. His positive attitude and professionalism really elevated the entire visit

And Octavio in Mar y Sal was the definition of a professional. He was attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, great experience and beautiful environment!

The rooms could use some updates and remodeling but the friendly staff, sense of security, beautiful grounds, beach access, peaceful ambiance, fun entertainment and yummy food make it all well worth a visit! My family had to leave the resort we originally booked at because it was unsafe, dirty and absolutely horrible

The buffet options changed fairly regularly and we didn't ever get tired of what was available. The night time singers and karaoke were fun! The beach was beautiful! I would definutely recommend this resort!

Jewel palm beach must have the friendliest staff in all of Punta Cana! As soon as you arrive, the security verifies our booking at the front gate

It was our first time vacationing at Jewel Palm Beach and it was a pleasure the staff is very warm and welcoming.

The hotel is well located, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is good, only a little disappointing, the rooms have leaks and the bathroom was filled with water everywhere, very unpleasant, I think that is my only recommendation, they should give more maintenance to the modern rooms, I think!!

There are no elevators, so make sure your room accommodation is appropriate for you and your physical needs. The various themed restaurants were decent, but we preferred the buffet and ate most of our meals there

Not only that, we had to pay additional fees to meet at the other resort instead of the hotels helping us get together or even change our hotel to the other since they’re both owned by Hyatt it was a bit of a pain and extra expenses that none of us planned on

The people working at the hotel are all friendly and eager to serve. We enjoyed the chocolate that Marta Dino made for us every night, as well as Orquidea's attention to detail when cleaning our room

We just returned from an incredible week at Dreams La Romana Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic, and we’re already talking about going back! We travelled from Canada and stayed in the Preferred Club — it was absolutely worth it

The waterpark was a huge hit for our kids — and honestly, we loved it just as much. It added such a fun extra element to the trip. We also felt completely safe the entire time we were on the resort

Amazing service! The staff at Dreams has been trained so well. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Great amenities! We would love to come back!

The entire resort is spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything looking perfect. The staff were amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind

They keep the party going and encourage you to join in the fun. I especially enjoyed Sopita down by the pool, and the bartenders in the lobby and the beach. Everyone here makes you feel like family!

We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro in Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the beach is amazing, and there’s lots to do. The service was excellent throughout our stay

One staff member in particular, Luisito, really stood out. He was always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for us calling us his Canadian family

He helped arrange transportation and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. Luisito also had a fun little greeting he would do when he saw us a cheerful “cucú!” which always made us smile

We truly appreciated his care and attention during that time. We felt comfortable every single day because of him. We can wholeheartedly recommend Jose Luis Rodrigue — he does his job with so much care and kindness

It became something we looked forward to hearing when we saw him travelling around the resort in his cart. Staff like Luisito really make a vacation memorable. Thank you for a great experience!

Place has a very amazing view between beach and mountains, mattresses are a little to hard, all the employees were very nice and helpful, pool is big and well maintained, my boyfriend only had an issue with a cleaning lady that she wouldn’t let him go in the bathroom without a towel just because he was wet

The beach is fabulous with plenty of lounges and day-beds for VIP. The beach bar was very handy too. Beware the locals on the beach who constantly try to take you too their market

Fast check-in, very clean room end environement, hot water at all time, air conditionig working perfectly, vera really large and clean pool and nice beach, three bars well supplyed, good food at the buffet and a la cart restaurant served by friendly and helpful waiters, professional dansers and good enertainment team

5 stars just because the food offerts are not that abbondante and the rooms, even very clean, needs some renovations. And the internet, even covering including the beach, is not the best

The food is nothing fancy, but as long as you go early, there are lots of options. We booked spa couple massages twice (at the start and the end of our trip), and the entire spa staff was incredible

Even at the restaurants it was nothing fancy, but also remember we’re in the Caribbean! The pool was nice but the beach was very disappointing. There was garbage and seaweed everywhere

They really have the patience of saints! They made the pool bars fun and made excellent drinks! Kelvin at the bar in the theater was THE SWEETEST! He was very friendly, had the best smile and always had our drinks ready for us

He even checked to make sure we got home safely. I would recommend him 1000 times again! Jency! He looked for us every morning for breakfast and we were lucky enough to have him as our waiter for dinner a few times

This would be our first time in Punta Cana and all inclusive. Looking for something all inclusive and adults only. After looking at different resorts, reviews and even YouTube videos

We were looking to get away for some sun and relaxation. We started looking at different areas and some friends have visited Punta Cana in the past and just recently

He made us feel truly special and it was so nice meeting him. We will look for him every time we go! Luis, Jimy and Charley at the adult pool bars were phenomenal

We came for the beautiful property and will continue to come for the wonderful staff that makes you feel like family

A special shoutout to Carlos Alfonso and Elvis, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay

We stayed for 8 days and on day 3 finally got to use the swim out we paid for and day 8 finally got hot shower! Pool wasn’t filled water was stagnant shower water cool

We only got a butler the last three days of service who wasn’t really able to do very much for us but apologize for the pool and apologize for lack of warm water because they needed to get parts to fix the water system, but that should’ve been told to us upon check-in which the room wasn’t even ready at 4 pm

3 stars for what felt like a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel. The biggest issue is that we came here for a wedding and more than half the wedding group came down violently sick from what was most likely food poisoning

There were multiple other issues that made it feel like it wasn’t a 5 star stay. The room we stayed in had several problems like a leaky sink and broken locks, and we had to chase the workers multiple times to fix it

Another thing you will not get any peace and quiet they do all of the evening activities right out by the rooms of the swim outs in the balcony rooms. You will hear nothing but chaos Monday through Sunday

Great drinks!! We stayed in the Tierra suite and it was amazing, private pool and beach front. Our mayordomo was awesome, David C. & Angelo at the beach service was amazing as well

Awesome experience here, smaller resort compared to others but it dosent feel small. Great beach location and excellent staff

The only downside was room service food was not good and not enough breakfast options, just one buffet and we felt the food there was always cold. All other restaurants for lunch & dinner were awesome

We stayed in the Viento Suite Ocean View it was expensive but worth it. We had the second floor and rooftop looking out over the beach to the ocean it was beautiful and the sound of the waves was mesmerizing

After COVID, we finally returned to celebrate my birthday and decided to stay at Live Aqua and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and very clean, and the weather during our stay was perfect

A special shout-out to Delvin, the manager of the pool area, whom we’ve known for many years from our previous visits to Dreams. Seeing him again made the trip even more special

Amazing stay with great activities! I did the coconut palm hat and bowl making and it was so much fun! Great guy who taught us and was really patient! Also beautiful end product, great as souvenire as well! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent at Quimera restaurant, we ate there almost every day! Maximo Mendoza, our waiter at the restaurant was always so kind and smiling, did great service

The staff here are the reason why people love this place. The customer service is exceptional. The nicest and happiest people I’ve ever met. Alejandro Soriano are the best bartenders and honestly such great human beings

Yadenny from the entertainment team invited me to play volleyball and I had a lot of fun. She made my brother and me laugh a lot. Without a doubt, a good experience. Rafal Nadal Pickleball was fun too

Every member of the team was cordial, friendly, and impressively efficient. Whether it was remembering our favorite drinks, checking in on how our day was going, or simply sharing a laugh

The bar staff ( Radalis, Ramone and William from the fresco pool bar) at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment I sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

Junior reached out asking for a review near the waterpark. Taught us a bit of Spanish which I was too drunk to remember! 😁 The whole family had a great time. I have to mention how hard things were to discover

It was put first visit and all excellent as expected. We enjoyed the entertainment team, especially by the pool including Junior. The service was great, always polite, friendly and hustling. Helpful when we had questions

A very nice place and experience. I was able to take a picture at the SpongeBob house. Took my son here and he enjoyed it fully. We paid day pass for $175 per person and that is all inclusive towards food

Desserts snacks drinks everything. And the day pass is from 9 AM to 5 PM. You’ll have to leave your passport at the front desk though until you’re done with using your day pass

- Joel at the buffet grill went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable and delicious meal. - Ramona, our server at Aqua Nick, was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed

The room was great; the staff were wonderful and helpful. We appreciated the all inclusive package very much and found joy in walking on the beach

Stayed as a family of 8 with 2 people per room one room seemed very clean but one had a very strong uncomfortable molding piping smell 2 rooms only had a lamp as lighting not sure if it was set that way but pretty dim when getting ready loved the double shower heads very convenient when rushing to get ready only problem water went out to closet and wet luggage even having the small tower on floor was...

Rosa made our stay even more enjoyable, and we are very grateful for her kindness. Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone who wants a peaceful, friendly, and enjoyable vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Emotions by Hodelpa Puerto Plata. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the whole atmosphere felt very welcoming
