My first experience at this resort exceeded all my expectations It was clean, friendly, loads of entertainment with delicious food and drinks. I really enjoyed the yoga classes with Cathy and the aqua fit with Henri

But I like that each day was something different to eat. WiFi in the room and around the resort was very spotty. Some people had issues connecting to the wifi in their room. I enjoyed the swim up bar and the beach

I highly recommend VH Gran Ventana! My family and I had a great time. The animation team—Carlos, Bryan, and Juan Carlos—were incredibly friendly and made sure we had a great experience

I had the best time with my family of 21 people! Sunny days, amazing food but what made the trip even better, was my man, CARLOS from the entertainment team

Staff is super friendly! Keep in mind that when there is more visitors the ac lowers and does not work as strong as it use to! Apart from that everything else was amazing!

Bid dislike area of the room was super load. Resort its self had weddings every other day which included fireworks on the beach. This was nice because everyone can see but not at almost 11 pm when your child is sleeping

Traveled with toodler they had sofa bed set up with toddler blanket. Beach clean, had good beach service for drinks

I loved the spa!! They have a variety of services, I got a full body massage, facial and braids later towards the end of my stay

The resort was beautiful and very clean. I don't feel I capitalized on all they had to offer. There was so much to do on the resort and it was very secure. It required everyone to check in at the gate via security

10/10 Experience! Staff were excellent every single person on this resort is extremely friendly so accommodating! The staff really is what made this trip a 10/10! Clean rooms beautiful hotel grounds beach was great soo many pools ! Recommend getting the app to make requests on every request was granted very quickly ! Would 1000% go back !

) Food is what you'd expect from a resort but I especially enjoyed the buffets in the morning!! The beach was stunning as well!! A bunch of boats seem to just put up outside the beach but it's not terrible once they move in the morning for the view! Water was clear and blue ( a lil seaweed thanks to the 5000 mile blob that came up in the Caribbean) The beach was never overly crowded as well

Kervens and Francisco and alex. The beach was beautiful and so crystal clear. The hotel and staff were extremely nice and sweet. Kervens and Francisco and Alex were especially very friendly and nice

great entertainment at pool, music was nice and fun to dance to, room is nice and ac works well, food and drinks are very good! beach entertainers wolf and carry made volleyball and darts very fun!

Clean room nice staff i only ate at the buffet but the food was very good i just wish breakfast options were different bar was good drinks were good and strong i love the key card waterproof bracelet they give you to access your room water park was awesome the only thing is check in is at exactly 3 so cant check in and freshen up have to walk around the resort until 3

We felt extremely comfortable and welcome during our stay. We booked TRS Turquesa, and even though we were staying there, we came to this hotel every single evening for 10 days to enjoy drinks at the bar and the music

Angela -Spa, We spent a lot of times sitting at lobby with drinks and coffee and watched them. Majority of people did not tip at all ,but they still gave them same service and smiles

All staff is exceptional but of course Rafael was amazing so big Thank You Rafael !Girls at lobby:Denis ,Genesis ,There was couple more but unfortunately don't have their names

The lady who is now at the front desk downgraded us “because that’s what you paid for”. The balcony lock is broken in our new room so we can’t go outside but I can see how nice it is from the window

Every day we had something different. I definitely recommend making a reservation for the included restaurants as the food was just amazing. My brothers and I enjoyed are time here and would definitely recommend it!

I live in Puerto Plata for a year now but on weekends, my husband and I travel all over the Dominican Republic to different resorts. I’m staying at this resort as I write this for 2 nights,3 days

Service was excellent, food quality was excellent and varied. The entire resort was constantly being cleaned and security was patrolling at all times to give you that extra sense of safety

My sunglasses broke- not the hotel’s fault but a theme is forming. Our first meal was great, Thank God, and most of the staff is friendly (except lady at front desk, very cold woman)🤨 7

My brothers and I spent 5 nights here and we enjoyed it. The rooms were nice, clean and cool. The staff by far was the best part about this resort. Very friendly, very attentive, and always willing to help

* We always chose the quiet pool area away from the bar but if you like a party area that choice is yours * The beach lunch buffet was always good starting at 12:30 pm * Our concierge Wiris was always available if needed especially when I needed a prescription filled

As soon as we arrived we were greated by our concierge Dio who went above and beyond all week. The grounds were gorgeous and the beach was perfect. Our room was so pretty and was on the beach which was what I wanted

The joy of being on the beach and actually hearing the sound of the Ocean as opposed to the constant thumping of music brought us great joy. Walking the grounds of the place has a very magical feeling

Room service was a nice feature which we used for breakfast. The food was amazing! The complementary horseback riding was also really enjoyable. We dealt with 2 different people named Juan Carlos who were both awesome

Such an amazing stay at Zoetry PC. There was so much attention to detail from the staff, amenities, and ambiance. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a boutique atmosphere. There is no music or party vibes

It's a peaceful oasis that has a very 1-on-1 environment. The food quality is outstanding for an all-inclusive resort. No buffets or food sitting under hot lamps. Every single dish is prepared fresh for you

Gregory was the best server we ever had in our lives. He should be running the hotel with all his knowledge and his leader ship. I find him a very beautiful person anytime we had a problem we would go to him

The room is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The facilities are very complete. The entire activity area of ​​the hotel is very large. There is a small swimming pool at the door of the room

The only thing that wasn’t amazing is the beach was filled with seaweed, but this didn’t bother us especially since they can shuttle you daily to a beautiful beach 10mins away

If all you want to do is lay at the beach, you might not be happy, but we were super content just laying by the pool

Not bad just not my style of food! Be careful when you book adventures! You can get really scammed. Use your butler for all wants and needs. Again Arizmendy was very hospitable

Beach was great for walks but incredibly rough and the water was cloudy, which meant snorkelling was poor. Not a bad experience but there are so many other resorts that are better

My last week at the Viva V Semana resort has been filled with wonderful experiences that I will remember and cherish for a long time

I attended regularly (and sometimes twice a day) and was always very pleased with the class and the instructor

It is an only adults hotel, which means quite and relaxing time. Beautiful and well maintained gardens. Beach is great, water is warm but rough

The beach was beautiful and offered quieter, sandy areas further down near the Bachata section, which we loved. Vendors were friendly and respectful, and a simple “no gracias” was always enough

Monkey and Skinny are the best. Constantly making you laugh and doing funny gestures. The beer tasted good except for the one keg was skunky. I think it was in the sun too long. Bartenders and drinks were awesome

We've spent time in the sport's bar, lobby, outside of the sport's bar, the drinks are good everywhere, the Beach snack bar is close to the beach which is very convenient and there are also bathrooms there

The Beach is absolutely beautiful from one end to end to the other and the playabatcha resort seems interesting as we are able to venture over there as well

The pizza shop was excellent to and the icecream shop super yummy 😋 over all I would definitely recommend this resort, we're enjoying the last 5 days we've been here and look forward to the next 5 we are spending here until it'ime to go home

A bit of a long wait at the snack bar so we went there when we needed a sun break. The chicken and burgers were awesome. Anne Marie in the buffet was always there to greet us in the morning with a big smile for breakfast

Our hardest decisions each day were what great dish we wanted to try at the various restaurants, what bottle of wine should we choose that the somm recommended and if we went to the beach chairs or pool chairs :) It was also out first time in the DR and we highly recommend

We had the best 3 days at the Eden Roc Cap Cana. Incredible hotel, service, beach, pool, food- amazing experience and will definitely be back! Our concierges Miguel and Braulio were incredible and went above and beyond

We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Blue and it was all amazing! Highly recommend also ordering the beach snacks, was so great to have kosher food on the beach

If you can do it, the beach bungalows look incredible. The main area of the hotel is incredibly beautiful. Loved the spa, had a great massage and facial

Must try the tenderloin steak, ribeye, fish tacos, fried fish and fries (on the beach), all mixed drinks

It was so fun having the golf cart to drive around cap cana, we stayed in the villa with a private pool which was incredible! The villa itself is a little dated in style but really beautiful and clean and so private, we loved it

There were few people staying here, which meant we got the pool practically to ourselves and the beach cabanas and chairs were great too

The place is always clean, and amazing beach!

The room was comfortable and had a good view of the golf course. The service, especially at the restaurants, was fantastic. Easy access to the beach, and the chill music by the cabanas was relaxing.

The restaurant is ideal for dinner and there are other options up and down the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again

only problem this time was that we only got hot showers twice in 4 days , for the price , it is not acceptable!! also the level of the restaurant , is not up to par , compared to a few locations we have been to , they should really look into upgraded the cooking!! but aside from that we love the place ! we are lucky enough to be chefs , and know where to go buy fresh seafood locally , and we make...

Wonderful and beautiful resort with amazing staff. We were here for their Mother’s Day. The grilled buffet included seafood, ribs, fruit and vegetables. Delicious pastries available also

We recently spent a luxurious week at Tortuga Bay Puntacana resort. It was magical! The grounds were stunning and impeccably maintained, the accommodations were amazing. spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable

I highly recommend this Tortuga Bay Punta Cana and cannot wait to come back and bring my entire family. The food was amazing and the kids loved the golf cart. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could

In the end, it turned into a models-only gathering, as some of the other invited girls didn’t attend. Still, it was a graceful and memorable experience in one of Punta Cana’s most prestigious locations

I love this hotel, all the staff in there were so friendly and welcoming. The public spaces are clean and comfortable, the view and landscape are beautiful, and the room is clean and comfortable

It was my birthday after 3 weeks of our visit and they still decorated our room door with happy birthday banner and surprised us with a cake, which was really nice of them

The beach is pristine, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water, perfect for relaxing or snorkeling. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view of the gardens

Thee property was beautifull, rooms nice and spacious. There was not much beach area and very crowded, pools were in much need of update on tile & plaster.

The beach towel they charge $10 if you borrow and bring to the beach area. The hotel activity coordinator was amazing hospitality Rosa, Yhon and Jose the bar tender. Thank you guys for taking care of us during our stay

Non stop free drinks, 3 pools, kid friendly and access to the beach, with another all inclusive bar ( except for bottles) Wifi can be a bit wonky ( in and out), but overall, a great stay at a great price

The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, cocktails were served in plastic cups that did not seem properly washed, and sunbeds were all “reserved” from 5:00 AM, making it impossible to use them

Only warning (outside the hotel). the sidewalks outside the area are very cracked and uneven and some areas' lights aren't always on, so use caution when walking around and exploring the neighborhood

It was simply beautiful! The views were absolutely breathtaking – a true paradise on earth. The people, especially the Latinos, were incredibly kind and friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere

Close to the beach, beautiful vegetation and quiet location. Unfortunately I was not able to sleep. The air conditioning was set so cold and there were no blankets. Additionally there was no access to internet.

Property limit and force restrictions on the usage of air conditioning in to the unit for saving money on energy, incredible for a beach destination in the middle of the Caribbean region.

We went for my birthday and everything was excellent!! The service, the beach and the amenities were perfect!!

Liliana was great bringing us the breakfast that we had ordered during our stay. kirssy was very polite great at check in and check out very informative about the area. responded quickly to my questions

It's definitely quality over quantity, there's not a huge variety, but everything was delicious! There were just a few things that could have made our stay better, but nothing that would prevent us coming back

A drink menu at the bar would be nice,especially for travelers like me that mostly drink on vacation. I never know what to order and it's helpful if the bartender can recommend something

We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working, so if you have mobility issues,its probably best to request a ground floor room

We definitely got our exercise while we were there :) Also, our room was set up a little oddly. The main area, by table and chairs had the big bed in it and the day bed was in the room that had a door

The hotel staff go out of their way to ensure the culture of the resort is welcoming, warm, and safe. I would definitely bring my kids here

Our butler, Edward was attentive and helpful and very friendly! Elin, was our server and bartender throughout our stay and she made the trip! So happy to help and great to be around! The entertainment staff, especially Kendall and Jesus, were so engaging and cheerful! Resort was clean and provided everything we needed for a great vacation! We will definitely be back!

We tried Helios by the beach, Kusko which serves Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, La Boheme which offers beautiful French dishes, Capricho for international options, and El Dorado Steak House in the adjoining Palladium area

This is our second time at Trs in 2 years and we absolutely loved it. The beach is amazing, the rooms are super nice, the food options are great but the service is the best part. All the staff is very nice and welcoming

Having your own butler is a big plus as they help you book excursions/activities and get you anything you need to make your stay better. Big shoutout to Rodney and Cesareo these guys were amazing

Every restaurant was delicious and the service was wonderful. The pools were amazing and always very clean. The drinks were great everywhere we went and the bartenders were friendly and fun

The maids kept our room spotless each day. We also had massages at the spa and they were incredible and very reasonably priced. Overall TRS Turquesa exceeded all of our expectations
