Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Outstanding hotel located on the beach with fantastic service. Rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean. Staff was accommodating, friendly and attentive. Several restaurants and bars on location so there was no need to leave the property. Pool, property and beach were all well maintained. Overall an extremely positive experience. Highly recommend.

Came here to celebrate my birthday my fiancé advised the customer service about it and they said they will bring something to our unit however nothing came. Also the TV was nit working also there’s something dripping in our room. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was good.
