We had an amazing trip, made even better by the friendly and incredibly helpful staff throughout the resort. Several team members truly went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable.

- Joel at the buffet grill went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable and delicious meal.
- Ramona, our server at Aqua Nick, was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
- Zeleika (hope I’m spelling that right!), the main pool server, kept the drinks flowing nonstop — always with a smile.
- Rosanna at the sweetery made sure we never ran out of treats and kept our sugar levels happily topped up.

Lastly, a very special thank you to the person who made my stay the most memorable — Francisco, the chef at Fresco. I ran into him daily during my morning walks, always smiling as early as 7:30 a.m. while making sure everything was perfectly prepped for the lunch rush. The shrimp ceviche is an absolute must-try, and he made sure my family and I were always well taken care of.

This resort truly shines because of its people. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience!

Had a great time. Junior reached out asking for a review near the waterpark. Taught us a bit of Spanish which I was too drunk to remember! 😁 The whole family had a great time.

I have to mention how hard things were to discover. The bigger waterslides are basically hidden behind nothing points there. same for the shows. Took us a few days missing events to figure how things work here.

A very nice place and experience. I was able to take a picture at the SpongeBob house. Took my son here and he enjoyed it fully. We paid day pass for $175 per person and that is all inclusive towards food. Desserts snacks drinks everything. And the day pass is from 9 AM to 5 PM. You’ll have to leave your passport at the front desk though until you’re done with using your day pass. Thanks. It’s very much worth it and I recommend this place. If you have a child or children that loves characters and swimming and unhealthy foods. Lol

I had one of the worst experiences at this resort. We reserved an ocean view room through Expedia, but when we arrived, we were assigned a garden view suite. After spending a couple of hours dealing with them, I finally got the ocean view suite that I had paid for. However, once I moved into the new room with the ocean view, issues emerged. I was unable to close the back door, and I struggled to sleep at night because the room couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room daily and restock the mini fridge, but that did not happen; we had to request room cleaning, and they only arrived around 4 or 5 PM to clean, but the mini fridge was never restocked. We called several times for drinks, but no one came. The service was awful; they pressured us into buying a character breakfast that cost $70 for adults and $50 for children, and after that meal, they attempted to sell us a timeshare. Overall, the resort and its amenities are wonderful, but the food and service are lacking.

They have a swimming pool with an ocean view, which is incredible. There is one park with a lazy river and children's waterslides, and another park that features a kids' swimming pool and adult slides. We had a lot of fun there.

My family had a great time. 3 boys 6 yr, 4 yr, 22 months. It was put first visit and all excellent as expected. We enjoyed the entertainment team, especially by the pool including Junior. The service was great, always polite, friendly and hustling. Helpful when we had questions. Loved the water park, especially the lazy river that we spent hours in. Don't miss the bigger water slides hidden behind the main water park.
The restaurants were also great. Buffet was the only place I didn't love for dinner, but it was good for breakfast. Lunch was almost always the water park eatery that was consistently good, if a more basic menu.

Happy with the choice we made to visit and could see us returning.

The service was very good, the facilities are beautiful and spacious. My first recommendation is to find your way around and know where the golf carts go so you don't have to walk so much. Remember that everything has an extra service: dinner with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, breakfast in pajamas, slime, photos by a professional photographer, and a birthday cake, but all of this requires prior arrangement.

- Decent Dining Options– A reasonable number of restaurants.
- Staff Helpfulness – Exceptional service, especially from chefs who accommodated our dietary needs well.
- Resort Cleanliness – Maintained well in most areas.
- Room Quality & Amenities – rooms were spacious, balcony was nice. Provided bottle sterilizer and warmer.

Negatives
- Additional Charges – Fees for things like character breakfast (almost $90/pp) , cotton candies, in-house video games, etc., feel excessive considering the high all-inclusive price.
- Limited Vegetarian Options – not enough choices, although chefs will work with you on your dietary needs.
- Limited Fruits – Not enough variety, especially for a tropical destination.
- Closed Areas – Some resort sections were unavailable with no clear explanation or reopening timeline.
- Dessert Variety– Could benefit from more options, like chocolate bars.
- Some Night Show Performances – Certain dancers wore revealing outfits, which seemed out of place for a kids' place.

Overall Impression
The resort has enjoyable elements, particularly its water park and helpful staff. However, hidden costs, limited food options, and closed areas impact the experience. Overall resort experience does not strongly justify high prices.

We were in the resort for 5 nights. We love that there are daily activities available for kids. The resort is big and very convenient. They have multiple pools available in the resort, private beach, baby pool, and water park. We love that there are many different options available for the kids and adults.

The resort was super well-organized. I enjoyed every minute while there! There was an abundance of food and food options and yummy drinks for kids and adults. Having the option to go to the beach daily or the water park was also a huge plus.

The whole atmosphere was peaceful, calm, quiet, and each staff member seemed to work hard to make our experience pleasant.
