Given the amazing reviews we were so excited for a couples get away. Unfortunately the snow storm in NY led to a cancelled flight and no flight available to get us to our destination in time to make the reservation. I contacted the property and was told they could not assist me with my reservation. Contacted ******* and after a few days they said the hotel never responded to our request to move the dates. Beware of booking in the winter or you might find yourselves out thousands of dollars. Very disappointed with the hotel and with *******.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE! ❤️
Food is amazing, room was spotless clean, staff was wonderful to us. They have a very cute gesture of putting their right hand on their hearts everytime they pass by guests. I thought this was a genuine, beautiful gesture of gratitude.
This was the best experience I've had in a resort and I'm truly happy with my stay beginning to end.

Ps: I'm gluten allergic and they have good options such as croissants, ciabatta bread and muffins for breakfast.

Absolutely 5-star luxury with 💯 top-tier customer service. From the moment you arrive, the lobby and stunning backdrop of the Caribbean Sea are truly jaw-dropping and breathtaking. A calming lavender or fresh fragrance welcomes you as it permeates the halls, elevators, and guest rooms, instantly setting a relaxing mood.

The Club experience check-in is both luxurious and effortless. It includes private check-in rooms, a welcome glass of margarita or champagne, and a delightful spread of hors d’oeuvres—meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, cookies, and mini sandwiches. Concierge-style service makes verifying your room, completing registration, and providing credit card information feel seamless and stress-free. Must mention Angela Zorrilla Reservations Department who went above & beyond to ensure my Reservations were booked & setup correctly as I had multiple issues with my computer & she made it her mission to help me along with sales supervisor Angie Diaz. Antonio the bell man & Louis our butler is also to be recommended for excellent customer service. Thank you.

The resort features seven amazing themed restaurants: French, Italian, Japanese, Indian, two buffets, and a dinner theater. There are also multiple pool bars and grills throughout both the Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva resorts, with food and drinks available everywhere you turn.

This all-inclusive resort truly offers something for everyone—family-friendly activities for guests with small children on the Hyatt Ziva side, and adults-only, no-kids activities on the Hyatt Zilara side. Swimming options are endless, with four+ infinity pools, large heated jacuzzies, and the beautiful turquoise waters and white-sand beaches of the Caribbean Sea.

The butler service is next level—service on steroids! Simply send a text message and voilà—a butler responds immediately or appears right away. It’s amazing to always have someone available to assist and address anything you may need while on the property.

I cannot wait to return. Yes, it’s pricey, but absolutely worth every penny—money well spent for a vacation filled with luxury, style, and royal-level treatment. Love, love it!

Excellent hotel. A wonderful, spacious, and clean room with a great view. Very friendly and caring staff. The hotel buffet is the best we’ve experienced among all all-inclusive resorts.

The grounds are beautifully designed and very convenient — pools, bars, sun loungers, and walkways are all well organized. There is plenty of space, yet everything is within a short walking distance.

The hotel is adults-only, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful stay without noise or crowds. A lovely beach — clean and spacious enough that we never had any trouble finding a spot. Plenty of activities available on the property.

Everything was as advertised!!! Really didn’t want to leave! The staff was amazing! The gym was amazing! Enjoyed all the restaurants except the Italian restaurant, didn’t seem up to the standards as the other restaurants! Asian restaurant was fantastic, the buffet was great!

The resort was extremely luxurious for an all inclusive. The staff were all very friendly and always went above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. Even at check in they have you sit in the lounge and come to you with the paperwork so you don't have to stand in line. The resort was beautiful and super clean. The room itself was very large and modern with a giant bathroom and really nice shower. Much nicer then every other all inclusive ive stayed at.

The food and drinks were the real highlight. All inclusives usually mean average at best food and watered down drinks but here was truly comparable to going to an expensive high end restaurant or bar. The restaurants were very upscale and the food was all plated beautifully. Think small super fancy portions displayed on a plate with multiple courses. Even the buffet wasn't really a buffet, everything was served for you and most prepared fresh while you waited. The drinks all over the resort were also very strong and each bar had a different vibe and cool specialty drinks. I loved the martini bar, the vibes were super classy 1950s hangout with cool leather couches, bartenders dressed in bowties and a piano in the corner.

The only thing I wish I knew before I went is there is a "Club" membership. Essentially you need the membership to sit by the first main pool and eat lunch at any of the sit down restaurants. So without it, you are limited to the one furthest away pool and only the buffet or bar food for lunch.

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Zilara and was truly impressed from start to finish. One of the best parts of staying at Zilara as an adult is being able to enjoy the amenities at both Zilara and Ziva, which gives you so many dining, pool, and activity options. The food exceeded my expectations across the board, especially for an all inclusive resort. Every meal felt thoughtful, elevated, and well executed.

The decor throughout the resort is next level and makes the entire property feel modern, stylish, and luxurious. Every space felt intentional and beautifully designed. The waterpark at Ziva is also fairly large and a huge plus, whether you are traveling with kids or just want to enjoy a fun afternoon. It adds so much value to the overall experience.

The staff were outstanding. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we needed directions or assistance, someone was always happy to guide us in the right direction and often even walk us there. The room was very comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after full days of activities.

I traveled with my female cousin and it was the perfect trip for us, but I would absolutely recommend this resort for family vacations as well. There were so many classes and activities offered that we were never bored. There was honestly nothing negative I could say about this resort, which says a lot because I travel frequently and stay at many all inclusive resorts. I cannot wait to come back.

We just returned from an incredible week at the Hyatt Zilara, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the food and the variety of restaurants were outstanding—far beyond any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, with an attention to detail that made us feel like part of the family.

We stayed in the Zilara section, which is adults-only, but the resort also offers the Ziva side for families. Every evening featured fantastic shows, along with surprise performances by talented artists in different areas of the resort.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. Housekeeping was impeccable, with daily cleaning, evening turndown service, and even midday visits to ensure we had everything we needed—water, towels, and more.

I highly recommend trying the Blind Butcher experience. This specialty restaurant, available at an additional cost, is absolutely worth it. The culinary experience was phenomenal, complemented by live performances every 15 minutes, including dancing and singing acts that made the evening unforgettable.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Pedro Thomas and his entire team, with special recognition to Jenny and Darling for their exceptional hospitality. A big thank you as well to our butler, Osiris, for his attentiveness and availability throughout the week, and to Anthony and Daniela from The Pier restaurant for their outstanding service.

This Beach is beautiful, but last couple of trips there, is always dirty. Little John is a good place to eat but is a little bit too upscale in term of cost.

Well to be perfectly honest I never even saw the restaurant. Apparently one must pass through a guarded checkpoint to get there. The checkpoint insisted that I could not drive my scooter to the restaurant but I could park it and take a taxi. Yep. That happened.

If people can not get to your establishment without parking their vehicle and taking a taxi in and out you better let them know. I can't understand why anyone would but how people waste money is their business and I can only imagine how affordable said taxis are for such a short trip.

I won't attempt making the trip from Bavaro/ Punta Cana to visit. That's a few hours of my holidays I won't get back.

Had to add 1 star in order to write a review, otherwise I would give none! I have a vacation home in the Punta Cana resort, and had my daughter and her family, husband and 2 small kids spending their vacation here. They try to go to the juanillo beach and sit at this restaurant. The people working there not only tried to charge them 70 dollars for each one of them to sit at their chairs, but also were very rude to them. The funny thing is that the restaurant was completely empty! Wonder why!
