My first time in the Dominican Republic and I can’t wait to be back! My partner and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was so amazing.

The resort was clean, everyone was so kind and greeted us in EVERY passing, and the food was so good (with so many choices - we made it a point to try all the restaurants). I loooved the spa services - my partner and I did a couples beach-side massage and the couples spa package. My partner played golf 3 times; he absolutely loved the course. We also had a great time at the casino and Coco’s Disco! On that note, you have to try Mama Juana. It’s a unique drink from the DR that definitely does its job LOL.

ALSO - something special I’ve never actually experienced before was having a butler! Our butler, Alvaro, was sooo kind, so attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed/wanted, even if he had to do it himself. He also knew of our excursions outside the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed for them (towels, transport, etc.). When I had to cancel a spa treatment for feeling unwell (it was a hangover headache lol), he made certain I was okay (asking if I’ve taken medication for it, asking if I needed anything, asking how I was feeling after). Alvaro was absolutely amazing; if I could give him 10 stars, I would.

We would definitely love to come back!

Majestic Mirage is our happy place! We just stayed for our 4th trip with our 5th trip already booked! We had a few people who stood out to us on this vacation.

Mayquel was our butler and he was so kind, very attentive, was there for us anytime we needed him and made sure to find us every day to not only check in on us but to actually talk with us. He even checked to make sure we got home safely. I would recommend him 1000 times again!

Jency! He looked for us every morning for breakfast and we were lucky enough to have him as our waiter for dinner a few times. He made us feel truly special and it was so nice meeting him. We will look for him every time we go!

Luis, Jimy and Charley at the adult pool bars were phenomenal. They really have the patience of saints! They made the pool bars fun and made excellent drinks!

Kelvin at the bar in the theater was THE SWEETEST! He was very friendly, had the best smile and always had our drinks ready for us.

Resort is a 10/10. We came for the beautiful property and will continue to come for the wonderful staff that makes you feel like family.

We were looking to get away for some sun and relaxation. We started looking at different areas and some friends have visited Punta Cana in the past and just recently. This would be our first time in Punta Cana and all inclusive. So, the research began. Looking for something all inclusive and adults only. After looking at different resorts, reviews and even YouTube videos. Majestic Mirage stood out among the rest. So booked it. We booked a 9 day stay from September 30th. When we arrived at the resort where we were overly impressed just from the massive and beautiful lobby. Check-in was a breeze and then we were taken to our room by a butler! When we arrived to our room, once again ,taken away from the size and beautiful room that was ours for our stay. King size bed, 2 bathrooms, stand up tub, separate shower, 2 TVs ..... crazy! We also had a swim up room which was amazing. Pool right outside our room, lounge charirs, swim up bars, lounging coverded beds, etc...Everyday was full of sunshine and beautiful weather. Beach was gorgeous and clean clear waters. The whole resort was nicely laid out and every area was beautiful and nice detail. Restaurants and food was good. Staff were very friendly. Our Butler, Eduardo was A1 and always went out of his way. Anna Marie, one of the hostesses of the Restaurants was always smiling and greeted us like family. It's a great place for couples who just need to get away and relax and be pampered but even great for families as they have a lot of things going on. They also have an APP to inform you about day to day events, restaurant menus, etc.. We highly recommend this resort as we will definitely be coming back here! Enjoy

We travel a lot, but I’ve never had the feeling that I truly wanted to return somewhere — until now. This hotel is amazing! The food is of great quality, the service is excellent, and the staff are so warm and kind. You can really feel the positive atmosphere everywhere.

A special thanks to the entertainment team — especially Pedro, Chocolate, and José — who make every day a real celebration. They bring so much fun and joy!

I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

Our stay at Majestic Mirage was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome and cared for. Pedro is the best!! He brings so much energy and fun, and made sure our girls joined in every event — he’s their bestie! Along with Chocolate, another super entertainer, they made every day full of laughter and joy. Edith Veronica, our wonderful butler, took care of everything with such kindness and attention to detail. And Miguel at the steak restaurant gave us a dinner we’ll never forget. Beautiful rooms, great food, and truly exceptional people — that’s what makes this place pure magic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are absolutely delighted with the hotel and service, very attentive, friendly and hospitable staff. The room is always perfectly clean. Once again, the service is top notch!!! All issues were resolved instantly. I would like to express special gratitude to MIGUEL, very attentive, kind and responsible for any issues, he is always in touch!!! Excellent hotel. We previously stayed at the Majestic Colonial, Elegance and this time we chose the Mirage. Only positive impressions. Large 2-room suites with 2 bathrooms, a large balcony with a jacuzzi. Huge well-kept territory. The food is top notch, everyone could choose what they needed. Lots of seafood and very tasty steaks. The children are delighted 😍 There is a kids' club. Good quality alcoholic drinks, an incredible coffee shop where you can try the most delicious coffee and sweets. We would like to note the work of the waiter on the beach Angelina Cruz, she always brought drinks on time and knew the preferences of each client. In general, thank you very much, we had a great rest. Vacation time 04/21-04/30/2021

We had a family vacation in January. We were satisfied. We came to the Dominican Republic for the second time. The hotel is good, the food is wonderful (lots of seafood, a variety of vegetables, fruits, cakes, a huge amount). Despite the fact that the hotel is full, there are always free sun loungers both on the beach and near the pool. I would like to separately mention the butler Alexander. Thank him very much for a comfortable stay. Every day he asked about our needs, immediately responded to any requests and resolved all issues. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom, no cotton swabs and sponges. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed daily. The staff walks around the beach and near the pools and brings cocktails from the bar upon your order, so you don’t have to get up from your sun lounger)) Animation in the morning, afternoon and evening, both on the beach and near the pool. Another plus is that there are 2 restaurants for breakfast and lunch, one near the beach and the other near the lobby. Very convenient. You only need to book 2 restaurants, you can go to 3 without booking, which is also a + (not tied to time or restaurant) + 1 all inclusive. The territory is green, there is a lot of staff, everyone is friendly.

My family had an amazing vacation at the majestic mirage! We loved all of the shows in the evenings and the beach was stunning and clean. The staff at the hotel could not have been better! Everyone was so kind, happy and accommodating. We especially loved the water sports, Richard was so helpful and the snorkeling and tubing was so fun and easy to set up. The bar tenders were all so great at recommending fun drinks Victor by the pool bar was particularly fun and kind. Lastly, our butler Alejandro really made us feel at home. He took the time to chat with us and help us with everything we needed. Alejandro got us reservations and gave great recommendations and was very responsive in the app that was super convenient and he was also just so friendly. We are already trying to plan our trip back and want to request to have Alejandro again because he really made the experience.
