Truely an incredible place that has made an excellent holiday. The room was amazing well stocked from water to sprite and cola. I got diarrhoe from their food, (dispite this it was delicious) also their network is pretty slow and for a couple of days it was not available to coonect to it, except next to the other houses and in the main area. I really enjoyed staying at Iberotel. I spent almost all of my time in Luxor at the hotel. I enjoyed the sunset every day. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the breakfast menu, which lacked variety and was the same every day. But that was compensated for by the beautiful view

The river view room really has an unbeatable environment. You can watch the sunrise, sunset, and hot air balloons from the room. The interior design is also beautiful, with a European-style flair. The facilities are a bit old, and the service is just average.

Although it's an older, well-established local hotel with an excellent location, the room facilities are quite dated. The river view is also inconsistent, with some rooms having obstructions. On the positive side, the public garden areas are beautiful, and breakfast times are very accommodating for early risers/busy travelers. Additionally, the dinner buffet offers great value for money.

It’s an old hotel kept to a generally fine standard. When it's a little windy, the doors in the room flap making it hard to sleep. The reception promised to fix the door. But it didn’t happen. On the second day I got Diarrhea from eating the all inclusive food. The warm buffet was unattractive and I didn’t touch it. Salads were good. Staff is very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The all-inclusive service is excellent, with delicious and varied food. The aquapark is huge and offers great entertainment. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean with constant cleaning. Highly recommended!

It was the first time we tried a All inclusive hotel. This one for shure is a better one. Rooms are good, people are very friendly, nice place for enjoy in the pool.... We just came back from our 7 days stay at this hotel. We came with our 3 year old son who had a fantastic time. There are lots of activities for both children and adults, and the food was really nice. All the staff was amazing and welcoming. We will miss it here.

Tipping is culture in Egypt, which is very evident. The service we experienced was perfect, particularly from the restaurant staff.
