First time in Egypt and it's not disappointing at all. This hotel is clean and friendly and the food is great. This is made more enjoyable by the waiting staff especially Mahmoud who is very attentive and helpful.

The hotel is located outside the airport outside of Alexandria. It is a good place for summer vacation and leisure. If you go out with relatives, friends or family, it is okay to stay here occasionally.

However I didn't like that there was no open buffet because of low occupation, and they don't supply the room with water bottles (you better bring enough amount with you .. A south desi review .. It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very accommodating and happily shifted us to a 3‑bed room when we requested. The food was decent too. The best part was a small local hotel nearby — when we asked for grilled items with extra spice, they made it exactly the way we wanted. Only downside: a few flies around, which was a bit annoying

The room was clean.  The food at the hotel was fresh and the price was reasonable.  They packed our breakfast boxes with plenty of food on the very early morning that we had to catch our flight.

This hotel is fantastic! I've traveled to dozens of countries and stayed in countless hotels, but this is my favorite. The management's efficiency is evident in every aspect of the service.
