Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park – a perfect choice for a family holiday in Hurghada
Our stay at Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is very large, yet extremely well organized, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, regularly cleaned, and offer a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views.
The service truly deserves special recognition. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From reception to the restaurants and animation team, you can feel genuine care for guests. The food is diverse, fresh, and tasty, with plenty of options for both adults and children.
One of the biggest highlights is the aqua park, the large swimming pools, and direct access to the beach, making this hotel an excellent choice for families. It is easy to relax here, but there are also many activities available for those who want an active holiday.
A great additional benefit is that guests can also use the facilities, attractions, and restaurants of the sister hotel Titanic Palace, which adds even more variety and flexibility during the stay.
The location is very good, the hotel grounds are impressive, and the overall atmosphere provides a truly stress-free vacation experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great value. We would definitely love to return again.

We had a fantastic holiday here. My children loved it. The hotel is very big and has everything you need. There are multiple restaurants, shops, spa and amusement arcade with bowling alley. There is also a beach.
If you cannot find a free sun lounger at the pool lifeguards will go and get you some.
Rooms are cleaned every day and free water and coke/sprite was left every day in the fridge. The air con in the room was fantastic.
Food is very good. Unfortunately we could not eat at the Japanese restaurant as it was fully booked for our entire stay. I think the booking system should be fairer.
There are a lot of flies and birds in the main restaurant. They are landing on food.
The gym is not very good.
The treatments in the salon are a bit over priced. 50 euros for a basic pedicure and would have been 60 euros to have with gel polish.
Massages are very good and better priced.
WiFi in the hotel is bad. However if you go to reception and complain they will let you have access to the VIP WiFi.

I only stayed for three nights, but the room was large and clean. The food was average in taste and there was a sufficient selection. There are a few shops nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is stunning, very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You truly feel appreciated as a guest here.
However, during our stay we discovered that there is a VIP option with a blue wristband. With this band, guests can access all restaurants and enjoy additional services. It would be helpful if this option were communicated more clearly upon arrival, so guests can make an informed decision from the start instead of finding out later.
I would also like to mention a point for improvement regarding the sunbeds at the pool. Many guests place towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then do not use them for most of the day. This prevents other guests from finding available seats and creates unnecessary frustration.
A possible solution would be for the lifeguards to monitor this more actively within their designated areas. If a sunbed remains unoccupied for a long period of time, the towel could be removed and placed neatly on a central table in that zone. This would create a fairer system for everyone and significantly improve the overall guest experience.
We hope management will consider this suggestion, as it would remove a common irritation and make the stay even more enjoyable for all guests.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort.

Truely an incredible place that has made an excellent holiday. The room was amazing well stocked from water to sprite and cola. The staff were so friendly and helpful and would happily make conversation with you. The food was very much the same buffet style food every day but there were different themed restaurants which broke things up. There are lots of activities to do while there from a games room to many pools, heated and cool as well as a water park with slides. Along with a beach. The staff were incredible and helpfull often asking if you needed drinks. The building itself is a work of art from the architectures to the art work. An amazing place with so much culture to visit.

Lovely hotel and staff. The food in the buffet is good but lacks flavour. If you're looking for an amazing dinner go to Tandoori the Indian restaurant in Titanic Palace where Manjeet the chef makes amazing dishes full of authentic Indian flavours and the nabager Ahmed is always courteous and helpful.
The reception staff are always helpful no matter how busy they are especially the dark haired lady with curly hair who's name I don't know. The restaurant staff are quite nice too. The chef doing the eggs on the morning is very good and remembers you with a smile. I will say the only thing that wasn't great was the housekeeping which failed to clean the room well, didn't empty the bins and didn't replace toiletries or used glasses. Otherwise this holiday was fantastic!!!

This was my second time in Egypt, the first time as a solo traveller and my first at this resort. I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights mid November. Arrived around 8pm and very easy, welcoming check in. No queues at this time but reception is a busy place earlier in the day. For the first night I had a swim up room. Initially I thought fantastic but woke up the following morning with plenty of mozzie bites, gor some reason Egyptian mozzies love me. I was glad to change room to a deluxe room at no additional cost. I was in 2103 which was set further back from the pools. I only had a couple more bites for the rest of the holiday. The room was always kept clean. Bottles of water and cola were always topped up in the fridge. The main restaurant offered plenty of choice. If all you want is chips, chips and more chips....your needs are catered for. If not you can enjoy plenty of chicken, beef, fish choices and various Egyptian options. I didn't once have a problem finding things I liked. Something for everyone. Dinner service I was always greeted by Raed....I have honestly never met anyone who smiles so much as him, really lovely to see. Nothing was too much bother for him. If you don't want to eat in the main restaurant there's plenty of other options in the A la carte restaurants, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Lebanese and the grill. You also have access to the restaurants in the Titanic Palace. At lunch there's also the beach bar, which is convenient for a day on the beach. Entertainment to be honest I wasn't a real fan, belly dancing...not my cup of tea. Various singers all the usual all inclusive resort stuff that you find in many a country. Don't get me wrong all were good but I'd rather hear Egyptian music than some singer belting out Britney Spears.....I'm in Egypt after all, a land rich in culture and heritage. Also the entertainment was moved from the outside theatre to indoors as was colder in the evenings. The outside pool bar always had music playing but oh my, the macarena, to play that once in a night is more than enough. One night this was played again and again noooooo. The pools. Loads of space around the pools. However the side that gets most of the sun (the same side as the restaurants) the sunloungers seemed to get reserved with towels very early. I had a couple of days around the pool area but not close to the bar but the service here wasn't as good as on the beach. The beach. Lovely sandy beach always greeted by Ahmed 670. Big smiles and always chatty and polite. He would see me coming and grab a sunlounger for me and get me set up right on the beach front. Again nothing was too much bother for him. Tip....if you sit under the umbrellas you will end up in the shade. If you want the sun then sit under an umbrella on the back row, so nearest the bar, you will also be more sheltered from any onshore breeze here which sometimes can be quite strong. Alternately sit right on the front of the beach where any of the lifeguards wil

We really like this hotel with its rooms and facilities. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful. There is a difficult rude lady in reception and both check inside took 1.5 hours. After 16 hours travelling with lots of kids this is very poor, to make matters worse the rooms were spaced out even though we booked 3 rooms a year ago. The themed restaurants are great, but have quite limited choice. In Cal the Italian, the Tiramasu is gorgeous, the Lebanese is fabulous and the Chinese is first come first served. We took our own plastic beakers to avoid flimsy single use ones, but they had introduced a lot more reusable ones. We used the dive centre and Waves to arrange private boat trips and these were terrific. I was pretty cross they could only leave us with one room to late check out from and they removed my 3 adult childrens wrist bands on the last day, we had been out on trips 5 days during the 10 and the first night they took a crazy time to check us in resulting I the kids getting difficult due to tiredness. We did have an incident with a crazy drunk Russian couple and guest relations manager took a long time to come, but they did help
