Omar Awad (Pool Bar): This young man is a superstar! He was always incredibly friendly, had a huge smile for everyone, and his cheerful attitude brightened our days.
Ahmed Sied (Housekeeping - Room 5209): Ahmed is a lovely, kind young man who took excellent care of our room. He was always eager to help and went out of his way to enhance our experience.
Management, please recognize these two gentlemen with a bonus! They are a huge asset to Stella Beach and truly deserve it.
The only issue (which is significant for us as Dutch guests) was that the beer tap was constantly broken. This resulted in either flat, dead beer in the glass or unappealing bottled beer. As the Dutch beer culture is very important to us, this was disappointing and the reason for the single star deduction.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with everything working exactly as it should. The facilities were excellent, and the overall environment felt relaxing and luxurious.
Meals were served in a buffet style having to queue up like being back in school
1. WiFi at rooms isn't free, only in the reception.
2. If you missed the towel card or the room card, you will pay to get another one😡, in addition, it is only 1 room key card for all the family, not 2 keys as the other hotels. .
3. 🍸 🍹 were very bad quality except fizz 🍸 🍸.
4. Concerning the beverages with lunch and dinner time. There was some fresh juice that was not free, even if you were on the all-inclusive package.

I won't repeat this experience again 👎
Service only let down by lack of customer service by very few of the bar/waiting staff. Upon arrival at just after 11pm we tried to get a drink from the bar, to be told it was too late but they were still serving other guests! When I offered to pay for drinks he checked that we had just checked in and allowed us 1 drink each,(I had asked for 2 beers and 1 pepsi as my wife was thirsty and didn't want to down a beer) then another customer walked away with 3 drinks! I asked how this can happen to be told he has a "gold" band on??? Another waiter at the beach kept trying to get attention by making a stupid cat/screech noise at us. Then confronted us aggressively when another member of staff brought us drinks!!
The only downfall on location is there isn't much around (off site) that you could walk to.
All in all we had a lovely and relaxed 10 days here and have discussed coming back again in the future.
