Just finished a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Being able to use all 3 hotels is just great. So much space and choice. Rooms are a little dated but other than that, its perfect. I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals.
