Was there for 1 week. Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean rooms. AC was working well and I had no issues regarding noise and other things.
If you are here because of a business trip or Single, its a great choice, the nerby center with Restaurants and lot's of shops plus central location is an extra plus. Only little minus point: no safe in the room.

Left Stranded at 3 AM in Alexandria - Agoda’s Failure!
I booked a 3-night stay in Green Plaza Inn through Agoda, and when I arrived at the hotel at 3 am, exhausted after travelling, I was told there was no booking in my name. To make matters worse, the hotel was fully booked and under maintenance. I was literally left standing in the street at 3 am with nowhere to go!
Adding insult to injury, I called and emailed Agoda immediately asking for support and a refund, and four days later I still have not received a single reply. No apology, no solution, nothing. I expect a full refund immediately for the booking that was never honoured.
This is not professional, not reliable, and not acceptable from a company that claims to be a global booking platform. I will never use Agoda again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their travel plans.
Hotel entrance is shady, in a parking lot, and doesn’t match photos online.

Very poor quality of service, they don’t have specific times for checkout i had to wait with family for more than 3 hours to check in.

Our experience with this hotel was an absolute disaster.We arrived in Alexandria on Jan 2nd in the evening with our kids and took a taxi from the airport directly to the hotel. Upon arrival, we found a person named Mustafa at the reception, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. He denied our reservation. We told him that the reservation was confirmed and showed him the print out but he denied it and insisted that there was no reservation under our name. He suggested to give us a room, but we had to pay at a high price. Luckily the internet was working and we were able to call our travel agent through which we booked our hotel and they confirmed our reservation. We tried to connect Mustafa to our travel agent to discuss the matter but Mustafa refused under the pretext that he doesnt understand or speak english. It was clear he was lying and was playing a game, he didn't care at all even though we had kids and we were damn tired due to a long flight. The only thing he kept repeating is " I have a room available but you need to pay me "
Just a note: when we just arrived at the hotel, mustafa spoke to us in fluent english.
Just a HORRIBLE experience that we would NEVER EVER repeat it again with this hotel.
We decided to leave and book another hotel rather than paying money to that crook.

I think at all it’s Ok to stay there if u don’t have another options
1. The crew were good and friendly
2. The room view is not good at all also it’s a little bit noise when I was there
3. There is no facility on the room ( like slippers, Tv , the refrigerator was empty, the AC was bad )
4. There is no variety on the breakfast menu

Greet people went above and beyond we came along way and we got airplane sick and they took care of us also check out if we were ok and needed anything

Called to ask for the prices then booked on booking.com the next day. An employee immediately called and asked me about the guests names. We're both female doctors, planning to attend a conference, gave him the names, he then asked me to cancel the booking because they only accept married couples. They never mentioned that on the first call or on the website. Very poor and unprofessional service.

Friendly and professional staff , good service and nice food suitable for all tastes, restrooms is the only thing needs to be improved but still it's a nice location and I really recommend it.

The place is good but they need to have variety on their breakfast table, they to add fruits and more food for non Egyptians, they need microwave for their guests and non smoking area.
