It was a great stay. Special thanks to the efficient reception staff for handling check-ins and requests quickly. The spa staff were also exceptionally kind, flexible, and exceeded my expectations.

Our room was literally 5 seconds away from the Mediterranean Sea – you could open the door from the bedroom straight to it! Every single staff member was incredibly helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the freshly made omelets were absolutely delicious! Plus, the room itself was very spacious.

This is the third year in a row I've stayed at this property, but my first time booking with Trip.com. The hotel consistently exceeds our expectations. Exceptional front desk service, a clean and well-maintained beach, a breakfast buffet with both sweet and savory options, spacious parking, and large, clean rooms. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful, boasts a fantastic location, and offers a wide range of facilities. They genuinely prioritize guest satisfaction. It truly lives up to its 5-star rating with utmost professionalism. During my visit, it was exceptionally crowded, especially with Egyptian holidaymakers. Despite this, the service remained unaffected, which was impressive.

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The team was incredibly professional, endlessly polite, and absolutely relentless in making sure everything was perfect. Honestly, the only thing missing was a way to freeze time, because I never wanted it to end.😆

The wifi was so bad, and it’s not all inclusive, even a bottle of water was charged on the dinner and breakfast, no drinks no nothing.
