When we arrived to check in, the front desk staff member her name is Mai, acted in an unprofessional and extremely rude manner.

As we all know in hospitality, first impressions last. Unfortunately, her behavior gave us a very negative impression of the hotel and its management. It is concerning that such staff are allowed to represent the hotel at the front desk.

We had already made an internal booking over the phone, which was confirmed. However, upon arrival, Mai informed us that there was no room available, speaking in a very arrogant tone. When I requested to meet the Front Desk Manager to file a complaint, a room suddenly became available — but at a higher rate than the one I had previously agreed upon via WhatsApp.

This raises serious concerns about the integrity, transparency, and professionalism at your hotel. Such practices not only damage the guest experience but also harm the hotel’s reputation.

I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure other guests do not face similar treatment.

I had my wedding there a few weeks ago highly disappointed with the poor service and definitely would not recommend such venue. Poor service, unnecessary mistakes, unpleasant wedding cake and rude staff.

Overall terrible experience. The rooms are hidden in corridors with no labels pointing to where they are. The floors are mislabelled on the elevator and even the staff doesn't know which floor is which. When we came into the hotel after a night out they followed us to the room to make sure we were staying there. The restaurant messed up our breakfast order and didn't fix it when we informed them. The location isn't great as it's at the very end of the corniche, far from all the spots. Staff weren't as friendly as they are in Cairo. We had booked a 2 night stay but left after one. Rooms were decent though. But phones weren't working, neither were some of the TV channels.
