Reviews
The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the Pyramids, which added a magical touch to the stay. Breakfast was included, and enjoying a morning meal while looking at the Pyramid views was an exciting and memorable experience. The breakfast itself was also quite good.
Overall, I had a fantastic time here. Great location, amazing staff, and a rooftop view that makes the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Disliked · Noisy place.
- daily prayer tower is 50-100 meters away. Expect 4am-5am alarm.
-8am you will hear neightboars rooster alarm. Later followed by chickens/turkeys screaming as the from opposing building woman is literally killing one of them for food almost every morning.
The Kings room with the pyramids view is a SCAM. We paid for it and never got it even while politely asking for it once it was free. We were told to "you need to be happy" and "you need to smile" while booking this place only for that room otherwise we could have booked something else. We slept in some lower floor old room, not matching any photos. Found a small cockroach as well.
OVERALL, AVOID NOT WORTH IT.
While the views are world-class, our stay was truly elevated by the outstanding hospitality of the hotel staff, especially Hussein,Hassan,Abdullah and Youssef.
They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment we arrived until we left. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always ready with a sincere smile. They assisted us with:
Excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
Seamlessly arranging transportation and tours.
And provided a great source of reliable information about the local area and sights.
This kind of warm, personal attention is rare and deserves the highest praise. Thanks to their dedication, we didn't just feel like guests; we felt genuinely cared for.
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place with an incredible view and a staff that ensures your trip is perfect—look no further. A huge thank you to Hussein,Hassan, Abdullah and Youssef for making our visit to Giza an absolute highlight! We will definitely be back! AND lets dont forget the best drivers Bondok, Adel and Mustafa ❤️🤗
- They booked all of our tours / drivers no matter what we wanted to do. It is was a little more than getting taxi/Uber, but we had the same drivers and got to know them which was so fun!
- Breakfast was simple and the accommodates my husband's dietary needs of no gluten.
- Our air conditioning went out the second night. They had a technician come to repair it that night even though it was late.
- The views we're absolutely breathtaking from the rooftop. We had a room with a view which was awesome, but not necessary with access to the panoramic top. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets - completely unobstructed.
- There's several restaurants/bakeries/shops/playground within walking distance and it felt very safe.
If I'm to be honest about a could other things:
- the beds aren't super comfortable, but I've slept on worse. The bedding was clean though.
- it seems worn down, but I don't know Egypt enough to compare it to anything else.
All in all, it's not fancy, but for the price, the service was so enjoyable and welcoming and worth it.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work.
Breathtaking views of the pyramids from the rooms and breakfast area.
The staff scares guests about the dangers of the area.
A guide is recommended for getting out of the hotel and exploring the city.
The best customer service experience you will find anywhere and I'm serious. Picked me up from the hotel and when I got to the hotel my room wasn't available so they upgraded me to a better room. Delicious breakfast every morning, which I enjoyed very much. Everyone there will be there at a seconds notice if you need anything. They don't pressure you at all and I have been to egypt 8 times previous to this and your always pressured but here these guys they allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Yes there's lots of tours but you can ask them and they will tell you but they won't try to sell you anything or tell you anything unless you ask. It jeans you feel relaxed and it feels like a holiday. If you want ty o go on your I would go with these guys because as I gavd said or about to say is that they will make sure you get the get deal and that your not overcharged. Come on who does that really. I know everywhere else I've been they've always tried yo over charge or make dome cash themselves so you can't enjoy it but here they treat, which such respect your going to feel wonderful. They go out there way to help you so much so that even when I go to the shop to buy the little things they will ci e with you so your charged the correct price and that is service. If on the first occasion Abdul Rahman didn't come with me to the shop I would have been charged double and more. Ali the owner is by far the best owner/manager you will find... So down to earth and always ready to help and make sure your stay is 10 out of 10. There are so many to mention from Ahmed to Yousef the young ones who's energy makes you feel happy each day. The names have left me so I could mention them all and I apologise guys but they're amazing. The views are amazing and the best your going to get from nay roof top. Unfortunately I had to leave early so I had to cut short my stay from 2 weeks to a week and it was no problem. They more than happily refunded the rest of the amount and now tell me who does that. Everywhere else they will charge you a premium or just say no. You get clean towels, comfortable bed or beds, wardrobe, fridge freezer, soap, shampoo, kettle, air conditioning etc etc. I've been here a week seen the behaviour, understood the mannerisms, heard how they talk and I cna truly say these guys and this hotel is outstanding and well above par compared to many other 4 or 5 star hotels. You need to come and see, feel and hear the experience and then you will realise why I have written what I wrote.
Fantastic and thank you so much and I am happy to call you a family because you treated me like my own family does.
I've seen the review before mine and there is no way what he has written to be honest infact it's 100 per cent untrue. I am telling as a British Male I will write a fair review and if its bad I will say its bad and if its good I will say its good. Yes they could improve who doesn't want to improve... Elon MUSK, Zuckerberg, Gates. APPLE and so on they built and created enormous organisations but did they stop improving no so can these guys achieve more and do better of course but that's there mentality to be better everyday. In other places you see and understand that's it they've achieved but these guys I can tell you God willing will always stay true to who they are and that is being exceptional in service and everything they do. So as for the last guy I would read it and then laugh because you know he's a hater.
But anyhow let's get back to the hotel and the people who run it. Amazing work guys and hence why I have a written a long review.
Truly fantastic experience even though I was passing through.
