I am not in the habit of reviewing a hotel in this way, but I am obliged to avoid you suffering the same thing as me 10 days ago I booked via a reservation platform, a room in this hotel which seemed pretty decent to me, but unfortunately when I arrived it was a problem. The rooms are not clean the room cleaning staff If you don't tip them, they don't make your room, Regarding the reception staff not a word in English, when I asked them I had a problem with my room, they told me to speak with a certain Rania whom I never saw at the hotel where her office was always empty. What is the point of having a person who is not there to resolve customer problems, for your safety, I do not recommend coming to this hotel because the elevator stops in the middle. The doors open. The hotel is not compliant and is not at all secure. I do not recommend this hotel!!!!

By far one of the worst hotels I've been to in my life. There is a problem with the rooms and service staff. We had to change rooms twice, the first room was dirty, a peice of the sink fell off in the middle of the night scaring us, and some furniture was missing. The second room was a nightmare, the bathroom stunk of sewer and rotten egg and the AC leaked like a waterfall. We complained about the AC the night it started leaking, then again the next morning, then again during the afternoon. In the afternoon, housekeeping came and put a bucket under the AC to fix the problem. After complaining for the 4th time, the maintenance guy came and hit the AC with a broom as it was his way of repairing it. Of course this strategy did not work and the AC started leaking again at 11PM. We called the reception and maintenance and they only showed up to our room at 11:35 PM after 4 phone calls. The maintenance guy requested the reception to change our room as fixing the AC would take a lot of time, they refused. The maintenance workers started using machinery to fix the AC as we were in the room. Finally they changed our rooms to a better one at almost 1AM because I was crying hysterically in the reception from exhaustion because I had a morning flight the next day. Oh and they left a full trash bag (that was not ours) in front of the room for an entire night. Please save yourselves the trouble a book another hotel.
