I had a solid stay here. The hotel is clean and the hot water is excellent. The view of the Pyramids from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and it’s very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
A few things to note:
Amenities: There is no kettle and no hairdryer in the room.
Pyramid Access: The entrance next to the Marriott is closed. You have to use the Sphinx entrance. I recommend taking a taxi there as the walk is very dirty.
Transport: Use InDrive. Avoid Uber or Careem here as they try to scam a lot.
Food: Visit Zeeryara Pyramids Elite (3 min walk). It’s a bit pricey for Egypt, but the food is perfect.
Overall, a great spot for the price and the views!
The location is close to the GEM and Pyramids but you depend on a taxi as walking around is not really user friendly especially for people with reduced mobility.
The location is good to visit the pyramids or the great egyption museum.
The view from their restaurant is great and the breakfast is really good!
