This hotel is for very undemanding travelers. The room had no window, apart from a small vent near the ceiling. In the bathroom, the only toiletries were shampoo and shower gel. We asked the reception for slippers, and they brought them. There was also no water or mugs in the room; these were also brought after a call to reception. The tea set consisted of one tea bag and instant coffee. The room was clean and the bedding fresh. The best views from the restaurant are only from two tables, but the view from the others is also good. The rooftop restaurant is multi-level, and breakfast is served there. Breakfast is modest, but enough to get by, and everything is quite tasty. The biggest plus of the hotel is its location. To the right of the entrance are the ticket offices for the pyramids, and to the left is the entrance itself.

The hotel is decent in considering the location and service provided, however, there are still lots of rooms to be improved.
For example, the first day when we check-in, there is no bottled water and no towel provided in the room, so I rang the front desk and requested 2 bottled water, 2 bath towels and a carpet towel. However, after about 20 minutes of waiting, the staff came only with 2 bottled water. I then rang the front desk again and requested 2 bath towels and a carpet towel, and again, after about 10 minutes of waiting, I got 2 bath towels, but still no carpet towel. I gave up after that. Probably this can be improved.
Other than this, we also experience a power trip (total blackout) about 3 times during our 2 nights stay. It turns pitch dark as I am bathing in the bathroom.
Other than the above, everything remains fine. Breakfast is decent, bed is comfortable, and the heated shower water still works even during black out.

The plumbing is new, and the hot water is independent from the boiler. It's a bit dusty, but that's understandable, given the climate. The breakfast is good; they gave me a lunchbox as I'd arranged beforehand, as I was checking out that night and couldn't come for a regular breakfast. It can be noisy, as there's a restaurant on the roof, and the local mentality is evident outside. The ticket office is across the street from the hotel exit. Overall, it's a great option for visiting the pyramids!

Perfect location right opposite the entrance to the pyramid complex. Views of the pyramids and the Sphinx from the restaurant terrace.
The rooms are quite decent. However, there's not much soundproofing.
The breakfast isn't great.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
In short, we were delighted with our stay. The location and the view are incredible.

The location is decent, and the security is good. The front desk staff were also quite accommodating. You can enjoy a view of the pyramids and the Sphinx while having breakfast on the top floor. However, the room cleanliness was just average; the towels and pillows looked quite old. The soundproofing was poor, and the breakfast was also very mediocre.

Getting a tower view room for such a low price is amazing! The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend!

The main advantage is its proximity to the pyramids, with the ticket office right downstairs. The hotel breakfast was also excellent.

Check-in staff (a young student who works night shift) is very friendly, and help us get rid of our airport taxi driver who tried to ask for extra charges (foreigner entrance fee, which is actually a toll fee to be paid by the taxi driver). The room is comfortable and with pyramid view from our balcony room and rooftop restaurant. A great place to stay as it’s right outside the pyramid entrance ticket counter.

They came to me to charge as TV screen damaged or broken however it was baby hand marks / marks which completely gone after glass cleaner! The GM and all staff were amazed how it cleaned!
Simply the staff was unprofessional and wanted to looking for an opportunity to charge some money to their customer however there was no issue talk all. All their staff was speechless when the the TV screen was supposed simply cleaned with a glass cleaner.
