Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel was excellent in every way and made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. The ladies who prepared our food were wonderful – always kind, caring, and the food was delicious. The owner was also very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was taken care of. A very special thank you goes to Kareem. I have honestly never met a more...
a very hospitable hotel very close to the pyramids. our experience was made better by the staff like karim abdo talat haneen om youseif and farha who were next to us 24 hours with a smile. also a very nice breakfast with a very nice view.thank you guys ❤️
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great the rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!
Great Value for money. All the staff are nice and welcoming. Kareem was the person who helped us check in early. Had great views from room and restaurant on 7th floor. Breakfast was good.
We had an amazing experience at this hotel, especially because of the people. The service was exceptional, truly the best we experienced during our entire trip. This was the fourth hotel we stayed in, and it was by far the best. The staff were amazing, reliable, and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Yassine and Mandy. If we return to Egypt, we will definitely book this hotel again.
I was captivated by its charm. The breathtaking view of the ancient wonders right from the balcony were mesmerizing. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The rooms were cozy. Without a doubt, Best View Pyramids Hotel offers not only the best view in Cairo but also an unforgettable stay.

After the renovation, especially the room upgrades, the hotel feels completely different. The rooms look much better now — clean, modern, and very comfortable. You can clearly see the attention to detail in the décor and furniture. The renovation made a huge positive difference and really improved the stay. Honestly, it was an excellent experience, and I definitely recommend the hotel after the new...

The positive: Wonderful views. Very cheap. Very cozy rooftop. Wonderful staff and owner. Truly beautiful people. The negative: Low standard. Worn down. Not a nice area. Dirt roads, stray dogs and garbage all over the place. Close to the highway, so it’s noisy. For my purpose, this was a good enough place, but I would probably try somewhere else next time. For me the dealbreaker was the noise from...
Very nice staff! All of them. The owners/operators were very engaged with all the guests. Special thanks to Ahmed, who greeted me on my prior visit just to check out the hotel, and again yesterday when I arrived. Very professional. Thanks to the owners/operators. Gabrielle (sp) and Mohammad. Even all the guests were cordial. I met several from Ireland. I had a double room with city view just for me...
Very nice hotel and staff was very nice I just didn't like where the hotel was located but I got a nice view to the Giza Pyramids
cheap, clean and tidy. I was surprised at their wifi, as it gave me a good stable connection to work and keep in touch with my family. The view was good, and location wasn't that far from the airport. Especially when I could reserve a car from hotel.
The service at the hotel itself was very good. However, I am lowering my rating because the hotel driver was terrible. I used their driver, paid $20, and went on a tour of Cairo city. The driver only accompanied me to the restaurant, ordered a lot, and I paid 560 EGP for the meal. He took out what we couldn't finish. On top of that, I paid a good tip. I regret not sightseeing on my own.
As a solo female traveler I was well taken care of. I never had to eat breakfast alone and Dr. Mohamed (owner) was very solicitous of all guests needs. He even let me leave my luggage there while I went on a 3 day visit to Siwa Oasis

Booked via trip for 2 pax, but Front Desk show me that booking as for only 1 pax. Show her 2-3 times that I booked was 2 pax. But she still say no and called her boss, her boss say OK. Why I have to waste time on this.
No service, opposite a school, therefore very noisy. Location good.
Overall, you can spend a couple of days here, everything works!
New star Z hotel is located in a quiet side of the area but we were facing a school, which made the morning a bit of a nightmare to sleep in. The room was big and overall the stay was good. It has a good design (glass window for the shower for instance) but lacks finition. It didn’t look so clean but after inspection, we realised it was also due to the design. Breakfast was good.
We stayed at the hotel in early April for 5 nights. We booked a two-room suite for two adults and a 9-year-old child. The room is large, each room is equipped with air conditioning. Shower gels and shampoos were given out once on the first day, but I think they would bring more if you asked (we just had our own). The hotel was quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors (3rd floor). Breakfasts are normal,...
The hotel is located in Cairo Sanlitun, surrounded by embassies. The location is very convenient, but it is hard to find. It is in a small alley. Overall it is OK

I stayed for two days and the accommodation was fairly good for the price. To be honest, the staff were good people, friendly and cheerful. I had a single room, all the facilities worked and the room was clean. I recommend it if you want to relax on a budget.

I don’t usually write long reviews… but I had to with this property! My view of the pyramids was amazing. Super clean room. Full size bathroom. Loved it. We had a great couple days in Giza and all the staff here was lovely, they were very welcoming and helpful! The hotel and rooms could use a little fixing up and it would have been a homerun. The family that runs this place is fantastic they tend to your needs and goes that extra mile for your comfort. Ahmed, the owner, was an exceptionally welcoming host who went out of his way to take care of our needs. I was upgraded to a suite this time, which is definitely a plus. The hotel's main draw is its safety and expansive grounds; the gardens on a hillside are a rare green oasis in Cairo's often dusty environment. However, the hotel is undeniably old, and the facilities are quite dated. In the suite, one of the wall-mounted AC remote controls had its casing fall off. The breakfast selection was also limited...
The environment here is absolutely fantastic! It's rare to find so many green trees in a desert country. 👍 It's also very close to the airport. The front desk staff were great; they didn't make us wait until the afternoon to check in. The room was spacious and bright, even bigger than the one I had last time! 👍👍
The hotel was really nice, we had a pleasant stay. Ahmed at the reception was awesome, he offered me a room upgrade and was always giving me tips and advice every time I asked a question. Will definitely stay there again.
Al Masa Hotel is a Gem!!! I had no idea what to expect. I usually stay at the Ritz-Carlton but, this time, I needed to stay some place closer to Nasr City. Al Masa is truly beautiful. The hotel is laid out very nicely, and has several amenities on site including an Olympic sized swimming pools, a bowling alley, and a cinema. There is also a full sized masjid about a 7-minute walk from the main building...

Thank you so much for everything. They checked us in at 10:00 AM instead of 3:00 PM as stated in the reservation. The service is good overall. However, the hotel is quite pushy when it comes to tours, so some people may not like it.
Simple but clean structure, excellent breakfast with a view of the pyramids, friendly and welcoming staff
Right next to the pyramids, you can see the pyramids and the Sphinx from the rooftop bar. The reception staff were also kind and recommended some great local spots. It's very affordable, so I definitely recommend it!
It's located at the back of the pyramids, but it's tucked away in an alley, so it might be difficult to find when you first check in. The rooms are small but clean, and shampoo and body wash are provided. It's a good value, but please note that the view of the pyramids is somewhat obstructed by the hotel rooftop in the alley (only two pyramids are visible).
The hotel is located directly across from the pyramids, and check-in was quick. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is limited, but the food was delicious. It's located on a quiet side street, away from the noise and hustle and bustle.
A great choice! The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely incredible — you can see the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the hotel, rooms and balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome, even arranging transport and excursions at fair prices. Loved this old hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner, Mr. Nabila, is a wealth of information on all things Egypt. He can also arrange tours and travel. The location in old downtown Cairo is ideal. Room was neat and tidy. A few mosquitos so I would bring a net depending on your level of tolerance.
Golden Hotel is a great place in midtown Cairo. I booked for 4 nights initially. I liked this comfortable hotel and its very friendly staff, so I decided to stay for whole duration of my visit to Egypt - two months. Clean, convenient location, good rates, friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location in the heart of Cairo Downtown. Rooms are a bit dated and old but very clean. Great budget hotel for exploring all the attractions Downtown. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Clean facilities and well taken care of... The staff is really polite and always ready to offer support as needed
This hotel is well established and centrally located in Downtown Cairo.Although it des not present well from the street ,it is well appointed once you reach front desk of 3rd floor via classic lift..I would strongly recommend it in this price range....

Overall good with good shower and can sleep very well. Only day time a bit noisy because of the hop from car in the road
The so-called Cairo Hotel is just a small guesthouse near Liberation Square. The rooms are very old and incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The only advantages are decent service and a great location. They claimed to have free parking, but it's just in a back alley, and they still tried to charge me 200 Egyptian pounds. They're just trying to rip me off. This Ctrip partner is such a rip...
In China, this would be equivalent to a guesthouse along the street. It's quite noisy because there are many people on the street. It's close to the old museum, so it's okay for one person to stay one night.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by famous restaurants and trendy cafes. It's very welcoming for Chinese tourists and a must-stay for anyone visiting.
The location is decent, right at a busy intersection. There's no elevator, and the room was quite small; I was told I'd get an upgrade but didn't. Cleanliness was just okay, but the bed was pretty comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful.
Cairo Inn is a great choice for a stay in the heart of Cairo. Its location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and food options just around the corner. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant. The room is simple but comfortable, providing a good place to rest after exploring the city. Overall, a convenient and welcoming stay in Cairo.

It is not recommended to stay here. It is said to be four stars, but in fact it feels like a B&B with no services at all. The rent is collected on the spot after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It was a pleasant experience. The receptionist named Sara was amazing and made our stay wonderful and convenient. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. If you need anything, she is always available to help with a smile.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Should've stayed a 4th night. Rooms are spartan, but clean. Restaurant cooking was good. Great views. Staff were really helpful. Not a bad hotel at all. Better than more expensive ones in the area.
Good location, at the entrance of the Giza Pyramids, the breakfast terrace offers a beautiful view of the pyramids. Good service, but there are horses and camels at the door, which is a bit smelly
My 11-year-old daughter and I went on vacation with our family of three. We changed rooms because there was no hot water. The weather was cold, so we stayed warm with the air conditioner's hot air function. The view of the pyramids was the best.

The room was old, the bed smelled, and the sheets had a bad odor. The hotel's only saving grace is its location. The staff were sometimes haughty; it felt like you were annoying them! The breakfast buffet wasn't good. There were a lot of guests from the Gulf region with significant etiquette issues. Avoid this place unless you only care about the location and are staying for a maximum of two nights
Nice location, friendly staff. It is noisy as well due to the central location
