Hi, First and foremost location is great if you would like to visit the pyramids? Staff and the service that they provided was excellent! The food was also great 😌 being a typical Brit I tired there fish and chips! And again the fish with its crisp batter was great. The swimming pool area was superb 👌🏽 Another great thing was I got chatting to the Guest Manager lovely person and she mentioned this...
I recently stayed at amarante in Egypt and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what really stood out was the exceptional service — especially when it came to organizing tours and excursions. Essam who runs the amarante tours & taxi went above and beyond to help me plan my itinerary, offering great recommendations...
This hotel was great, there was a slight language barrier from the kitchen staff for my allergy however it was dealt in the end. It was a good price for our experience with a good location and big pool, however the pool was VERY COLD. We had gone on a tour through the pyramids, Memphis and Sakhara with Essam the tour manager and Mohamed the tour guide, they were both absolutely amazing with great hospitality...
The hotel is very old, bad plumbing, the hair dryer is 100 years old, the air conditioners are all dirty and the buttons on the window are also dirty, the curtains are all stained
I had an amazing experience during my stay, and much of that was thanks to Isam, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. From the moment I arrived, Isam greeted me with a warm smile and made check-in a breeze. Throughout my stay, he was incredibly attentive, always offering helpful advice about local attractions and ensuring I had everything I needed. His professionalism and...

Wonderful budget friendly hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff! They have a few dedicated drivers/guides available to schedule for anything from a quick trip out to dinner to a full-blown all-day guided tour around Cairo. I had one day with nothing planned so I asked one of the drivers, Said, to show me around to his favorite spots and we had a great day full of handmade pottery, coffee...
We stayed for 3 nights from 7 to 10 December 2025. I gave 3 stars because, for me, cleanliness is the main reason people choose a hotel. Of course, friendliness is important too, but cleanliness is my number one priority. As a cancer survivor, I have allergies when it comes to reusing sheets. Even in my own home, I must change the pillowcases and bed sheets every day. So when a guest requests a cleaning...
The Swiss Inn Nile Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay along the banks of the Nile, combining good value with a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, the staff greet you with friendliness and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and a warm first impression. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Many rooms...
The location very bad And this is not even one start
Those hotel is not as better standard. It’s need to review on your furniture in the elevator is not very safe.
While I can see where some of the reviews may have some genuine grouses, they helped adjust expectations and it turned out to be a pleasant short stay at this hotel. Furniture and interiors are slightly old school, Service doesn't carry a lot of warmth, some food options like the breads we're as fresh. But still, most boxes were checked and it's a place where business and family travelers can book...

The location is close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, but very far from the airport. You can use Didi (a ride-hailing app); the driver was happy to accept a ride for 500 Egyptian pounds, no more. The room facilities are rather outdated; the sheets and duvet covers were pilling and stained, but the room was very large. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The receptionist was particularly...
I absolutely loved everything!!! It's clean, the grounds are huge, and there are a la carte restaurants. I did miss a decent coffee machine at breakfast, but that's just nitpicking. Otherwise, it's excellent for the price.
The hotel facilities are complete, but the rooms are a bit old. Parking costs extra.
Pyramids Park Hotel is a very nice hotel with an excellent location, very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The swimming pool is amazing, the food is exceptional, and the room service is very good. The internet is fast and reliable, and the pool towels service is well organized. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel
The hotel is located near the pyramids. It's a completely enclosed hotel; vehicles have to go through security checks to enter and exit. It's a resort hotel with a very nice environment. I tried both the Italian and Japanese restaurants inside; the food was decent. The highlight is that you can drink alcohol… The only downside was that there wasn't enough meat at breakfast, which was a bit disappointing...
If you're staying in the Giza area, this is the place to go! The environment is fantastic, and there's even a tennis court! The breakfast is delicious too.

Check-in is by 2 PM; even if you arrive an hour early, the staff will insist on waiting until the appointed time before providing your room. The facilities are somewhat old; the shower door keeps falling off. The breakfast is mediocre, with limited choices and not to my liking.

Simply no 1vhotel in cairo. Strongly recommend
We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either...
Spacious rooms, attentive service, and a plentiful breakfast
We've enjoyed an excellent stay. Westin's team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, special thanks to Reem for her attentiveness, and extraordinary effort to arrange a birthday setup for our daughter. Planning to stay again and would highly recommend
This hotel has truly become my favorite in all of New Cairo, and the spa is an essential part of why I keep returning. The hotel’s lush green areas and scenic golf spaces create a relaxing atmosphere before you even step into the spa. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, adding to the overall experience. Staff ok , breakfast very good , large room but little old furniture
Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.
Everything in the room is outdated. Old worn out furniture Small toilet, small bathtub Fridge is not working , house keeper not trained. Room missing a lot of basics. E gerges
The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

Gerges from the upstairs restaurant was absolutely phenomenal, one of the best servers I have ever experienced in my entire life. The world needs more people like him
The hotel was nice but a lot of street noise and the elevators were a nightmare. However, the staff was excellent and Gergus in the dining room was extremely pleasant and welcoming.
In our trip back to the hotel a taxi driver took our phone by accident or on purpose. We still don't know. Mahmoud of the reception started calling at once to talk the driver to give back our phone. After 15 minutes the driver was there and asked for more money. Mahmoud negotiated and got our phone back. Thank you Mahmoud for your help! Your manager should be proud of you!
An amazing place. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, great view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace. Great breakfast as well, loved getting homemade falafel and bread in the morning. Amazing family ran hotel. We had a perfect stay here. Mohamed, the host, reached out to us a few days in advance and made sure we arrived safely. The room was a good size, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was served with a beautiful view of the pyramids and it was good. They also serve food, which we tried one night and really liked. Overall, a great stay, would 100% recommend

In October 2025, we spent two nights at the Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. The room was comfortable and looked out over the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). The downside? It also looked out on the highway so was fairly noisy. But, hey we were jet lagged, so that did not pose too much of a problem. The breakfast buffet had just about anything one could desire, including cold hibiscus...
Started off badly but ended on a very good and happy note. We were allocated two cottages in a area where a lot of renovation work was going on. There was a lot of noise and dust as well. We asked the front desk for a change of rooms and the same was done immediately and the new rooms we got were excellent. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was neat. Being close to the major attractions...
Hotel is situated beside a very busy road, although noise not a issue from our bungalow. Impossible to cross the road on foot to visit the fantastic Grand Egyptian Museum opposite, but we found Uber worked very well for all trips & excellent value. The hotel bungalows are very tired but kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. There is a refurb in progress, which didn't cause us any problems. ...
The location is ideal, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the bungalows are showing their age. The hotel has started renovating them, and they will be very nice. I'm sure the hotel will be much nicer once the renovation is finished. I can definitely recommend the hotel.
Hi, my sister and I really enjoyed stay the hotel. The staff is very nice, if you don't know, they will advise you. The food was delicious. The only problem was the trolleys driving around the room at 2 am. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we highly recommend the hotel even though it is being renovated.

We were given a room that was loud next to a bar and was no hot water. We asked to move and they moved us and that was nice. The staff was lovely and helpful. But not sure if it was the nights we were they but there was loud music every night till 4-5am so sleep was hard to come by. The views were great of the pyramids, but sleep is important.
The hotel is located next to the Giza Pyramids scenic area. You can see the pyramids from the room. The room is clean and tidy. The parking lot is in the yard downstairs and it is quite dusty. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and the food is good.
Once we walked into this hotel everyone made us feel safe and everyone was so friendly and nice it made us feel more at home rather. Would definitely recommend to others for there stay/visit in Egypt 🇪🇬 ❤️😊 My friend and I will definitely be back at Egypt and when we do we will make sure to book this hotel again for the next time❤️
There is no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel, which is incomprehensible. The hotel often has power outages, 4-5 times a day, the breakfast is very poor, and the restaurant has no air conditioning, the environment is very unfriendly. This hotel is 15 minutes away from the pyramids. The balcony can see the pyramids. The price-performance ratio is not high, I will not stay there next...
We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.
The location of the hotel is very good. The pyramid view room is worth staying in. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is not good. However, this should be the most cost-effective hotel nearby that can see the pyramids.

Very close to the pyramids and the GEM. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are large and cleanliness is adequate. We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! This hotel is super location. It is super close to Giza pyramids. The view from hotel is amazing especially from the roof top bar. The breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient. The hotel staffs there are very friendly
Great location, right near the entrance to the pyramids, and you can even see them from the restaurant! When I checked in, the front desk staff warmly showed me to my room. The booking didn't mention it, but the room had no window, though since I was only staying one night, it was fine. The soundproofing, however, was quite poor.

Too bad, the location is extremely congested, cars can't get in, the hotel facilities are old, the towels are old, discolored and hairless
Small rooms, need to improve service staff not so friendly but location wise it is good . Not fairly priced as per infrastructure n service
Apart from the convenient location near Liberation Square, everything else is just average.
Breakfast is not much, too Egyptian, with bananas and cakes. Drinks are terrible. It is not appropriate to charge a night's fee for checking in four hours early. Luggage storage is available. There is a hair dryer. The location is very good.
It's in an alley, and the hotel rooms are similar to those in domestic hotels. Overall it's OK, but the transportation is not very convenient, especially with a lot of luggage. It's difficult for cars to enter the alley and it will cause traffic jams.
Small, old and shabby, not as good as domestic express hotels. The breakfast is also terrible.

The pool is warm, but we didn't swim. There are no sun loungers, just plastic chairs. In the evening, local children trained there.
