I absolutely loved everything!!! It's clean, the grounds are huge, and there are a la carte restaurants. I did miss a decent coffee machine at breakfast, but that's just nitpicking. Otherwise, it's excellent for the price.

The hotel is located near the pyramids. It's a completely enclosed hotel; vehicles have to go through security checks to enter and exit. It's a resort hotel with a very nice environment. If you're staying in the Giza area, this is the place to go! The environment is fantastic, and there's even a tennis court! The breakfast is delicious too.

The hotel was nice but a lot of street noise and the elevators were a nightmare. However, the staff was excellent and Gergus in the dining room was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

In our trip back to the hotel a taxi driver took our phone by accident or on purpose. We still don't know. Mahmoud of the reception started calling at once to talk the driver to give back our phone. Amazing family ran hotel. We had a perfect stay here. Mohamed, the host, reached out to us a few days in advance and made sure we arrived safely. We were given a room that was loud next to a bar and was no hot water. We asked to move and they moved us and that was nice. The staff was lovely and helpful. But not sure if it was the nights we were they but there was loud music every night till 4-5am so sleep was hard to come by. The views were great of the pyramids, but sleep is important.

The hotel is located next to the Giza Pyramids scenic area. You can see the pyramids from the room. The room is clean and tidy. The parking lot is in the yard downstairs and it is quite dusty. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and the food is good.

There is no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel, which is incomprehensible. The hotel often has power outages, 4-5 times a day, the breakfast is very poor, and the restaurant has no air conditioning, the environment is very unfriendly. We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.

Location if is a mid point from airport and the city centre

Very close to the pyramids and the GEM. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are large and cleanliness is adequate. We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! Apart from that, it is far from the city center, so if you are coming here only for the pyramids, stay in the center of Cairo if you are going to visit the city.

I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

Great location, right near the entrance to the pyramids, and you can even see them from the restaurant! When I checked in, the front desk staff warmly showed me to my room. The booking didn't mention it, but the room had no window, though since I was only staying one night, it was fine. The soundproofing, however, was quite poor.

A south desi review .. It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very accommodating and happily shifted us to a 3‑bed room when we requested. The food was decent too. The best part was a small local hotel nearby — when we asked for grilled items with extra spice, they made it exactly the way we wanted. Only downside: a few flies around, which was a bit annoying

The pool has a very strong, unpleasant odor, as do the sun loungers. The exterior is nice with a good view. The dishes we ordered were far too salty. The room was clean, but nothing special; the bed was low-quality, and the pillows were a nightmare.

Breakfast is not much, too Egyptian, with bananas and cakes. Drinks are terrible. It is not appropriate to charge a night's fee for checking in four hours early. Luggage storage is available. There is a hair dryer. The location is very good.

It's in an alley, and the hotel rooms are similar to those in domestic hotels. Overall it's OK, but the transportation is not very convenient, especially with a lot of luggage. It's difficult for cars to enter the alley and it will cause traffic jams.
