I booked this hotel for my last night as a layover before heading to the airport, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was super convenient to get to City Stars mall from the hotel. Even though Google Maps said the mall closed at 10 PM, a lot of the restaurants inside stayed open much later, so you can definitely grab a bite to eat there.

This hotel has great service. I ran out of tissues, so I asked the front desk for some. The cleaning staff member who brought them to me asked me if I needed cleaning, if I should get more water, and if I would prefer toilet paper. The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. Connected to Terminal 3 by a sky bridge, you can walk directly from the terminal across the parking lot to the hotel without ever going outside. The location is quite good, right next to the old Egyptian Museum, which you can see from the terrace. We were a family of three, and the hotel proactively added an extra bed for us. However, overall, the service felt a bit lackluster. To attract more high-end Chinese tourists, the quality of services needs to be improved.
