The resort itself is large, well maintained, and feels very comfortable. The service was excellent — staff were friendly, responsive, and always helpful.
I really loved the restaurants and facilities inside the resort; everything was high quality and well designed. The spa experience was amazing as well — highly recommended, but make sure to book in advance.
Their app is very useful and easy to use, and the buggies service was fast and convenient, making it very easy to move around the resort.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back again 💯
However, the rooms did not meet the standard I expected. The room felt more like a 2–3 star standard rather than a luxury hotel. The woodwork and furnishings seemed cheap, the bed was only moderately comfortable, and the bathroom was very basic. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, so I had to use the bath showerhead to shower, which was inconvenient. and the bathroom was very basic. I had to change rooms three times, which was quite frustrating and disrupted my stay.
Additionally, small details such as the slippers and room finishing felt below expectations. Overall, while the hotel facilities and staff were great, the rooms urgently need renovation and upgrading to match the rest of the property.
Noise from other guests throughout the night made it impossible to rest, and despite this being raised, the situation did not improve.
Paying approximately over 400 Dollars for one night was not worth the experience. For a similar price point, hotels such as Four Seasons, Kempinski, St. Regis Cairo, or JW Marriott offer a significantly higher standard. I was also disappointed to learn that guests are encouraged to leave positive reviews, which can mislead future customers about the true condition of the rooms.
Additionally, there seemed to be a cultural double standard. Western guests were told not to wear shorts or slippers in respect of local customs, yet some staff members and other (Egyptian) guests were dressed in very short skirts or revealing clothing. This inconsistency made the cultural rules feel selectively applied and confusing.
No, this hotel does not qualify as 5-star based on our stay.
From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully handled. the ambiance is elegant, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is consistently attentive without being intrusive. Every detail reflects a high standard of comfort and care, making the stay truly relaxing.
