What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable service. A special thank you to Ahmed Sedky, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and handled every detail with elegance and confidence.
We also want to warmly thank Adele, whose kindness, friendliness, and attentive service added a personal and memorable touch to the evening. Her warm smile and thoughtful approach made the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time.
The Grill is not just a restaurant — it’s a complete fine-dining experience. Exceptional food, flawless service, and a beautiful atmosphere come together to create something truly special.
Although we only stayed for 2 days, this was a fantastic place to stay. The lounge food was outstanding, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel’s location is perfect — it allowed us to explore most of Cairo’s main attractions in just two days. Strongly recommended to everyone!
After a long day of travel, we unfortunately missed both breakfast and dinner, but Ramadan made sure we were still well taken care of. He warmly welcomed us and arranged a delicious lunch buffet that completely exceeded our expectations. Every detail was handled with genuine hospitality and professionalism, making us feel valued and at home.
I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. Ask for Ramadan you’ll be in excellent hands!
