Radisson Residences Cairo Heliopolis in Cairo

One of the bad hotels, does not carry any of the Radisson hotels experience, not the food nor the reception nor the cleanliness , for fast business travel , does not deserve any dollar i paid for .
I arrived at 7 am and asked for early check in and then waited until 10 am after that they take 30 USD extra for that early check in even though I kept waiting for almost 3 hrs !!!!

Please be aware that this hotel is directly on a main road with heavey traffic at all hours of the day and night. If you've ever visited Cairo you will know that drivers there communicate with their horns, constantly!
This hotel is built in such a way that the rooms are on the outer walls and there are no rooms in the centre because it opens up to the lobby/main floor where the bars and lounges are located. Apparently there is nightly entertainment and revelry. I say Apparently because while I didn't see it, I clearly heard it each night.

Myself and partner are not light sleepers. Between the noise inside the hotel and the noise from the street, very little sleep was had.

I didn't find the staff very friendly or helpful. I had left the service room card out because I needed water and towels. I removed the card after 5 pm when it was apparent to me that we were not going to get service. Instead, I had a call from the front desk after 7pm asking if I needed anything and then a knock from housekeeping a 9 pm wanting to clean the room. I said not now but could I have a bottle of water. There was none on the cart and after waiting a couple minutes I shut the door and went back to sleep.

The shower door leaked so there was a huge puddle whenever we showered. The hot water was inconsistent, going from hot to cold to scalding, repeatedly.

The location was ok but first day they gave us very bad room which I change it

No amenities good
Drawer bad that I hurt my hand
Not as I expected
