The room KEYS were not working, the luggage took ages to come upstairs, not only that our luggage was opened and someone snooped in.. BE VERY CARFUL WITH YOUR SUITCASES AND BAGS KEEP THEM LOCKED AT ALL TIMES.. THINGS GO MISSING AND NO ONE WILL RETURN IT!!!!
Housekeeping was lazy, unresponsive, and clearly indifferent. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was properly fixed. It’s shocking that a hotel claiming to be 5-star allows guests to stay in such conditions.
It is very clear that the hotel reserves well-maintained, top-notch rooms for Western guests, while others are given neglected and dirty rooms. This level of discrimination and poor service is unacceptable.
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. Save your money and your peace of mind.
