But be careful, our money was stolen by the staff in the hotel. We spent a lot of time at the front desk and checked the surveillance. Finally, we got the money back the next day without any explanation or apology, which wasted a lot of my time.
The hotel can definitely beat their 5-star counterparts by offering a wide range of food to suit to all tastes, great variety of entertainments for everyone’s choice in the each corner of the hotel premises, let alone of water slides - a paradise for the kids, where they simply disappeared.
Over the 9 nights stayed there we barely tested half of the things offered by the hotel.
The beach and the sea are the points to highlight were we were ready to seek for the free sun beds and to see shallow water down to low tides, but to our surprise we were met by a cozy bay with a crystal clear water and plenty of vacant sun lounges. The beach entry is nice and clean with no need of any feet protectives.
Transfer to the beach, a short-distance drive from the hotel at regular intervals didn’t make us boring at all.
All in all our family staying was wonderful and we look forward to visiting this place again.
I think it could be good idea to organize some small area for nonsmoker guests at the some pool ;)
Program of entertainements/shows was very rich, but somethimes we had problem to find appropiate stage and it was a little bit annoying for us. On Neverland show should have to be more option with food for vegetarian. We heard that here there are some disco parties at the evenings but frankly speaking we couldn't find it 🙈

We spent here very nice week. We will be recommend this hotel for sure and probably we will come back here someday :)
Facilities: Everything! Water World Amusement Park! Food and drinks are all available!
Hygiene: Average hygiene, but the hotel is so good that hygiene is ignored!
Environment: Great! Swimming pools everywhere
Service: I would like to praise the Russian beauty at the front desk, the service is great! I hope the official will see and give her a chicken drumstick!
