Fantastic cruise on the Nile. It has one of the best cuisine of all the cricerosn that there is on the Nile. It is very comfortable, with very attentive and helpful waiters. It has a pool that is enough for the occupants on the cruise ship.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean.
The views of the Nile from the deck of the cruise are fabulous.
A 10 cruise.

The best I've been, exquisite attention and luxury food. The ship is a small yacht with 28 rooms but the attention is very close and they go out of their way to make you feel like a pharaoh, hahaha.
They leave you free bottles of water every day in the room

Impressive 5-day cruise Luxor-Aswan-Luxor The ship is not brand new but in good condition and maintained. Built in 1982 in the style of a Greek Mediterranean yacht, last remodeled / renovated in 2003, next major renovation planned for summer 2019. Crew: about 70 people Cabins: 30 suites for a maximum of 60 guests; including 2 suites directly below the bridge with balcony and open views ahead Owner is a Greek businessman, operator an Egyptian businessman (Mr. Michel) based in Cairo; in a personal conversation he fulfilled all my wishes at short notice and provided the last free balcony cabin; despite low season, the ship was booked out to the last bed or chartered by a French group on board: Arabic and English, the Maitre d'hotel, Mr. Adel Fadel, has worked for several years in Germany and speaks good German /> Board currency: Egyptian pounds, Euros and US dollars as well as major credit cards are accepted without any problem. Piers: In Luxor and Aswan, where the ship docks for several nights, the piers are in a privileged position; in Luxor just in front of the Hotel Winter Palace on the Corniche, in Aswan also on the Corniche opposite the main station; A combination with a train arrival or departure on the route Luxor-Aswan is completely problem-free possible, the train journey (twice daily in both directions) in the air-conditioned car of the first class costs inclusive. Seat reservation around 5 euros Timetable: currently the Alexander the Great regularly drives every Sunday from Luxor to Aswan and every Wednesday downstream from Aswan to Luxor. Overall impression: the name of the ship "Alexander the Great" already points to the Ownership; It is an unusual for Nile cruises ship in the style of a large private yacht, which one would rather suspect in Monaco or St. Tropez than on the Nile, which clearly dominated by the big but extremely clumsy acting 5 star ships of various major operators or Egyptian shipping companies becomes; there is glamorous luxury with lots of crystal, gold decoration and Baroque style elements in stark contrast to sleek elegant lines, deliberately restrained designed interior and casual sporty elegance in the exterior of the yacht; The low number of guests of up to 60 people compared to the large 5-star ships with their up to 160 beds leaves a relaxed, familiar, almost intimate atmosphere on board and ensures a very good quality of care by the employees; a ratio of less than 1: 1 between guests and staff speaks for a true 5 star quality The interior of the ship is consistently "classic with sporty echoes" without any flourishes or Baroque stylistic elements; Meanwhile, however, are everywhere signs of wear and tear visible, the planned summer for 2019 facelifting does the ship well. Only the wifi equipment is absolutely out of date and seems improvised, as you expect on a yacht of this category today another Quality; a clear improvement of the wlan access and extension to the whole ship is urgently recommended. The cabins marketed as "suites", created during the rebuilding of 2003 from the merging of two tiny cabins each, are generously cut and have a lot Storage space, safe, fridge, flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa with coffee table and above all beds with very good sleeping comfort. The bathrooms, which are part of each suite with sufficient freedom of movement, have a toilet and elegant vanity and a combination bathtub and fixed shower; Instead of the often grubby bath curtain, a fixed transparent element has been installed between the bath and the ceiling.

Incredible attention and dream crossing. Thanks to all the crew for this four-day mini-cruise on the Nile. Spectacular from start to finish. We miss you.
