horrible experience! they advertise images for the unit from 3 or 4 years ago, so they deceived us with the good-looking and comfy place. The place was unclean, had to ask the housekeeping guy to change the bedroom covers all over again because it was full of hair. the kitchenware was rusty and very old. the couch is unclean, remote control broken, baskets broken, mattresses was so bad. When we asked for refund they insisted on taking 1st night while it's their mistake not mine. It took them 3 days to send me the refund for the rest of nights after we called them million times.

Worst experience Ever, I don’t recommend them at all, I Rented this apartment in Eid 3 days before I go and when I arrived I found all these cockroaches coming out of the bathroom and in the rooms and in the living room Literally everywhere So I called them to refund me or give me another place They kept me waiting for 3 days to get my money and they didn’t help me get another apartment and after all that They took the First Night from me because THEY SAID IT WAS EID, so I was charged 8700 egp just because I Rented a place that had Roaches.

I was in Gcribs which I booked through their site, when we arrived the chalet was nor cleaned , AC is leaking water & furniture is broken, not recommended at all , moreover they the project coordinator didn’t try to communicate properly about the issue

worst experience ever, unprofessional no response on emails nor answer phone calls after booked many units with them a month prior arrival and all was fully paid they surprised me with issues regarding some units on arrival date. they told me there is no options and they have to cancel the booking till i called Orascom team to solve the problems. Abnoub the worst person you have to deal with!!
