What an amazing holiday from start to finish! The resort is absolutely beautiful, spotless and so well looked after. The private beach is huge with plenty of space for everyone, and the snorkeling straight from the beach was incredible — the coral and marine life were stunning. There’s so much to do with two large pools, loads of sun loungers and a lazy river we loved. We stayed a week and never got bored once. Our room was spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff really made this holiday special — everyone was so friendly and attentive. Special mention to Hany, Ahmed and Walyd who made our stay so amazing. Well done to them all! We also found plenty of nice food every day, fresh pastries every morning and bottled water always available. The only thing I’d say is if you have very fussy kids who only eat beige food, there may not be loads of choice at dinner time, but that’s not a criticism at all. 10/10 holiday and we’re already looking at coming back. Love this place!

I was visit this hotel not first time, everything was very nice) The food in restaurants was nice, a special I like breakfast. Lovely lady Juliya from gym make my body not relax in vocation I like her! All staff in hotel was very friendly and polite. Beautiful view from room. Room very comfortable. I’m really recommend this hotel for family’s and children)

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere with stunning Red Sea views. The gym was a big plus - well-maintained. Special thanks to Julia, the coach, for her professionalism, support, and motivation during my workouts. Another experience is staff’s honesty: I lost a personal item during my stay, and it was found and returned to reception promptly, which I really appreciated.

Going to start this +ve review with mentioning Mr Waleed and Mr Shady and their team. Easy location from airport, easy access to coral reef teeming with marine life in clear water right in the resort with masks/flippers available foc, you could just pop into the water everyday for less than 15mins each day. The lazy river was simply that a lazy way to drift around beverage in hand. Excellent friendly staff eager to help and make your stay enjoyable. Choice of restaurants and normal buffet access. I don't know why people would complain about the food as the choice is plentiful so unless you don't eat anything there will always be something suitable! Many staff go beyond and we can't list all but standouts were our very own Mr Waleed (ours and other fellow tourists food hero) in the buffet who managed to get us anything we asked for. The food/beverage manager Mr Shady was always available and greeted us every occasion. Mr Ahmed in waves bar and Chinese restaurant was caring and helpful. Hany and Antonius in the top bar always tried to prempt our order and treat us to special cocktails. Couple of negatives would be the entertainment was an absolute joke (no pun intended) most staff simply were disinterested and lacked any enthusiasm to do anything and their skill levels were really bad in fact in 40 years probably the worst we've encountered). BUT the day before we left the resort changed contractors which did appear to be better hopefully post reviews of it after our time there may help. ALSO wife got sickness bug and resort did take us to their clinic BUT BE WARNED the doctor tried every angle to convince us for insurance details and told another tourist at the clinic he could not tell them costs no matter how much they tried to illicit the information and getting quite animated where we all tried to convince him to do so. This was so the patient could decide whether the excess was less than treatment (which subjected him to a drip and medication) he has exactly same symptoms as my wife. This has happened before when in Egypt and the medical side try to get tourists to pay and/or go through insurers. When we would not provide insurance details. Eventually the doctor just gave us the medication needed. (This was the Antinal which is better than immodium if you research) I bought more from pharmacy outside for less than £1 sterling (52 Egypt pounds). The medication was all that was needed so the drip and additional medication was totally unnecessary according to the patient who conversed with us on following days. Ennding on a positive this resort is incredibly well manicured and provides an excellent haven for a successful holiday break. Had all we needed with attentive staff. Firstly it's such an incredible hotel in Sharm elsheikh the food was delicious and hotel is glean but the animation team was excellent the view and stuff were fantastic too I recommended all come here to visit this hotel Thanks a lot for all ❤️

The sounds you want to hear when 2,500 miles from home are sounds you could never hear at home: I’m thinking of the sound of a warm breeze rustling the leaves of tall palms. Or perhaps the sound of the Red Sea washing over rocks. Maybe even a waiter, asking ‘two more G+Ts?’ Unfortunately, too often, these noises were completely drowned out by thumping amplified nightclub ‘bangers’ with oppressive bass. The music was difficult to escape, even by moving as far away as you could get (for example, right up by the roped-off, more exclusive beach). The songs were 30 years old and not even very good in the 1990s! And the music went on for hours in the middle of every day. There were a great many things this hotel did really well. The landscaping was like a particularly lovely botanical garden. The private rooms and communal spaces were spotless. All the staff were wonderful. Mahmoud on the front desk was exceptional - very efficient and straightforward and just the right amount of friendly. He’d be a brilliant concierge in Mayfair, Manhattan… anywhere! But if it’s literally impossible to doze off in the sun by the pool - which is surely what people travel from so far away to do - can a hotel be truly excellent? I’m not sure. Finally, if eating at the specialist restaurants, order what sounds like ‘kabab hallah’ at Farouszh. Delicious!
