The Royal does not live up to its name and is almost indistinguishable from the rest of the hotel. The service is good, the guys try very hard, but otherwise the hotel is 3-4 stars and definitely not Royal

2 stars, one for the excellent sea and reef near the hotel and the second for the territory, beach and rooms. The rest is simply missing from the hotel. We lived in the Royal part with a 'VIP' service, which differs little from the usual, except that the staff brazenly extorts tips for everything. With food in general, there are big problems and 7 a la carte restaurants have a fixed 5-course menu and bring a mix of only a little. Breakfast and lunch did not change at all for 8 days, and when ordering for lunch from the menu, we find ourselves on the dishes of molecular cuisine. Going to an Italian restaurant in the evening was generally a horror with an order of beef fillet with sauce. The place looked like a piece of a camel that had died of old age and also raw, despite the fact that they were trying to refine the roast. It was not even possible to cut a piece from him, after the return of the dish, the waiter, in bewilderment, could not understand what was actually wrong with him. And for a side dish, there was 1 spoonful of mashed potatoes in water. As it turned out later, everyone who went there simply returned the dishes like us.
