This is a great value hotel in a great location. It has a nice pool, the rooms are clean and comfortable and have hot water. The manager speaks good English, he's very polite and helpful and the security staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Amazing place for a limited budget and easygoing people. It is a bit old and has no WiFi connection as opposed to the advertisement. Staff are so nice and helpful, beach access is great and closeby if you like walking.

The good thing with this hotel that it located in naema bay close to restaurants and also cheap The room is good and comfortable and staff is friendly but the hotel all over is not clean and doesnt have beach only small pool

The scenery was beautiful, but the facilities were really old. The water pressure and water quality were extremely poor. The manager kept pestering me for a good review and even tried to bribe me. I came here because of the good reviews, and I'm very disappointed.

There were mosquitoes at night, and when I asked for mosquito repellent at 3 a.m., they said they didn't have any and told me to come back the next day. Luckily, I was staying for three days. The next day, when I asked for it again, the front desk kept passing the buck. Fortunately, a young man who had just checked in helped me with my luggage, and I gave him a tip, so he found me a bottle of insecticide...

The sea in Sham is really nice, but unfortunately the hotel facilities are too old, and the showers in different rooms are not the same – mine was terrible, while my friend's was great. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. But for this price, you can't be too picky.

Located a 10-minute drive from the airport, the room was the same as in the pictures, slightly larger, and cleanliness was up to Egyptian standards. The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, the best we had during our week in Egypt, and very good value for the price. There were lots and lots of cats in the courtyard.

Breakfasts are below a 4, fruit is not tasty, and there's an omelet every day. Sweets are 5+, but I'm not a fan of sweets, my friend is. Watermelon and melon are 2. Dinner is 5. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away and there's only one hotel (they have an agreement between the hotels), and only those with a pink (colored) ticket at reception are willing to give them out (I don't know why?!)....

This place is cozy and has mainly everything l needed. The staff of all services are extremely friendly and excellent services.

I freakin love this hotel!! They have the best pool ever! And so accompdating staffs checking you time to time and dang! The hotel's location is excellent, just 50 meters from the beach. It's a beautiful and unique place. On Sundays and Thursdays, they host youth discos that attract a large crowd; hotel guests get in for free, while others pay 100 Egyptian Pounds. Breakfasts are tasty. Dinner at the local cafe offers limited choices, but it's fine for a day or two.

This hotel is top-notch! The food isn't your typical all-you-can-eat buffet for the perpetually hungry; it's like dining in a restaurant. You pick what you want, and they bring you a freshly prepared dish just for you. Plus, the entertainment shows are excellent. In short, this hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it!
