Just returned from our 2nd stay at the Coral Sea Waterworld. We arrived and happened to meet the lovely Ellie from Guest services and also Mr Abdul Lrhmen who both recognised and welcomed us and asked if there was anything we needed just ask. We stayed in room 2104, perfect pool/sea view room and a very large balcony. The room is large airy, clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff at this hotel are amazing! Most remembered us and made us feel like a King and Queen. Pool staff - Sedki, Mahamed Mamout, Mohamed Eladway and Ahmed are amazing, Miss them all - thank you! Spa team- Gouda, Anan, Nana and Farah- thank you for the smiles and lovely massages and beauty treatments at great prices. It was a pleasure to visit the spa and see you wondering around the pool, It is the first experience of not being hounded for a sale and was a pleasure to talk to them - Thank you! Great A La Cartes - Italian staff Zain, Gamal and others thank you for the excellent service with a smile! All A La Cartes are worth a visit. Entertainment team were sweet and always chatted. Thank you Nasser for being great! This hotel is a definitely must to visit and we cannot wait to return soon!

Stayed as a family of 3 in December over the New Year period. Super hotel with outstanding facilities. We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and were welcomed with a fruit basket and some wonderful decorative touches in the room. We had a ground floor room with outdoor hot tub which was quite private. The room was immaculately cleaned throughout our stay, big bottles of water were topped up daily. Super choice of food both in the restaurant and the snack bar/restaurant close to the beach. We visited the Italian and Asian à la carte restaurants, both were great. Very generous portions in the Italian restaurant. The hotel grounds were impeccable and the festive lights just added to the lovely atmosphere. Small touches like Astro turf near the kids slides to stop slipping were really clever. The staff are great; Ali at the pool bar near the beach, Ahmed at the splash pool bar, Kareem in the restaurant, Ibrahim and Hassan at coffee corner were really friendly throughout our stay. We didn’t pay extra for WiFi as many travelers mention as we found it to be fine throughout the hotel. We’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Arab Bucks over the road and the Hard Rock down the street from the hotel were great for a change of scenery and very good value.

First time at this hotel and would highly recommend. Our rooms was spotless everyday, the cleaners are incredible. The food was very nice for us with plenty of options for everyone. The animation team is a huge credit to this hotel, they provide loads of activities every day and get everyone informed on what’s going on in the evenings, they try their absolute best to keep everyone happy and smiling and entertained, The team is, Tia, Misha, Kemo, Vika, Marta and Suesana, they are a great bunch and deserve every single bit of credit possible, the hotel is beautiful itself. The beach was our favourite we spent most mornings there then caught the afternoon entertainment, we did Darts with Tia and Waterpolo we very much enjoyed every activity. I would highly recommend!

The hotel is a little dated in places but the staff make up for it. Everyone is so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The animation team are so enthusiastic and they have a good rapport with all ages. Marta and Kareem (Kemo) from the team had so much energy which was infectious. Shout out too to the pool bar guys who kept us hydrated.

Just returned from this beautiful hotel and Wow. The best holiday I have had yet, the staff are absolutely incredible and can’t do enough for you. The animation team are outstanding and always try their best, Tia and Misha stood out the most for us, they was incredibly always smiling and always took time out of their to stop and have a chat, they really are stars⭐️ the cleaners are incredible and always left the room immaculate. Bar star 10/10 lovely bunch of guys. Will definitely return from this experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a disabled person in a wheelchair coral sea Waterworld is great for accessibility, flat ground throughout, i even managed to get to the beach where the camels were, the staff I can not fault. Tia the tui rep was fantastic she was a joy to talk to and have a laugh with. Kareem the outside restaurant waiter he was amazing. Ali the pool manger from day 1 he accommodated me and my family he was 5 star respectful, he made sure I had a sun lounger by the pool everyday, he even got the lifeguards to help me in and out of the pool as I'm paralysed from the waist down. Ahmed the pool waiter was lovely and respectful by day 3 he knew our drinks order by heart. Elle the customer relations was fantastic if we had a enquiry or complaint we went to her and she sorted it right away. The staff at this resort is amazing and I give them 5 stars Our cleaning boy did a great job also (i forget his name) The food was ok but I'm a fussy eater. The only thing is a recommendation for maybe a couple of disabled rooms on the ground floor. The room was perfect I could move freely in my wheelchair and access to the shower, even get on the balcony, I only recommended the ground floor room incase the lifts stop working. The view was amazing from the room. Overall I was impressed if you have a family or are disabled I would recommend this place.

First time In Egypt and I have fallen in love with Sharm. The people are amazing and extremely friendly. Coral Sea Water World is a lovely hotel rooms are very spacious a modern. The staff in all areas are amazing and go above and beyond to help you if they can. The gardens the pool area beautiful. There are plenty of places to walk out to in the evening. The Hard Rock Cafe and Wild West we really enjoyed. There is also a KFC and McDonald’s a 10 minute walk away if your missing home. Soho Square is also worth a trip extremely safe great shops and some nice restaurants. The one thing I was massively disappointed in was the food at the hotel. I know it’s all inclusive and I know this is not 5 star, but it’s very poor. There is lots of it but the produce and ingredients are probably 1 day away from the skip. Gave up with the breakfast after the 1st day, The lunch is ok and the dinner I had once that was enough. We tried the Italian as well which was the worst. They have an amazing pizza oven in there and the use ready made bases for the pizza which is more like a biscuit. How long does it take a chef to make a fresh dough for a pizza honestly it’s not hard and would be a million times better. Turn the place into a pizza place and make fresh pizzas. That’s my only complaint. Thanks you so much to the amazing staff who work so hard it’s really appreciated.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt very welcoming and relaxing. The hotel is great for families, and our children had an amazing time throughout the whole trip. The kids club was one of the highlights of our stay. Our children absolutely loved spending time there, especially with the animator Victoria. She created such a warm, fun, and friendly atmosphere that the kids were always excited to go back. They adored her and talked about her every day. The bar was also excellent, with a good selection of drinks and very friendly staff. It was a great place to relax in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has a wonderful vibe, and it is clear that the staff truly care about the guests. Thanks to people like Victoria, the stay feels even more special. We had a fantastic time as a family and would be very happy to return again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a wonderful time. Our children especially loved spending time at the kids club with Victoria. She is very kind, attentive, and great with children. Our kids absolutely adore her and were always excited to go to the kids club every day. The water park was also fantastic — clean, modern, and with a variety of slides that were fun for both kids and adults. It became one of our favorite places to spend time together as a family. The restaurant offered a great selection of delicious food, so everyone could find something they liked. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy, and housekeeping was done regularly. Overall, we had a great family vacation and would definitely be happy to come back again.

Me and my boyfriend came here 2 weeks ago and it was the best time ever, a week was definitely not long enough! The food and drinks are amazing, our room was so nice and the cleaners kept it immaculate every day. The animation team are brilliant, they kept us busy every day with the activities and even most nights we decided to go out with them which was so fun. We specifically loved Tia and Misha, they always came over to talk to us and made sure we were having the best time. We also loved Ellie on guest relations, she is such a friendly girl and always made time to come over and speak to us every day. 10/10 for everything, would definitely come back!💛
