Worst hotel ever , staffs are very rude. we booked a room as per photos advertised but when we arrived they put us in a cage and refused to give us the room we paid for unless we paid extra money, eventually we had the extra money to get the room we initially paid for. staffs were very rude especially at breakfast time.

Very bad service and cleanliness
The beds was so dirty..there was hair and food remains on themm!!
The toilets were horrible and every single thing needs maintenance
The balcony was so unclean
Unflexible-very weak stuff and administration

سقف الحمام بينزل ماء من حمام الغرفة الموجودة بالطابق الثاني (مرفق صورة الحمام) قد تكون ماء مجاري .
بعض العاملين سيئين جدا وخاصة واحد شعره طويل وربطه من الخلف لا اعرف اسمه لكنه قليل الذوق .
بنتي اتكهربت من الأباجورة وانا ايضا .
غطاء السرير لم يتم تغييره مدة إقامتي ٤ ايام .
انتظرت اكثرة من ساعة حتى ادخل الغرفة الساعة ٣ عصرا .
لا توجد اضاءة في التراس وطلبت منهم تغير اللمبة التألفة ولكن لم يستجب لطلبي أحد .
حجزي كان لوجبتين وجبة الإفطار ووجبة الغداء مع مشروبات وبعد دخولي للمطعم اخبرني احدهم انه ليس من حقي أخذ مشروبات مع وجبة العشاء .
الشيف بشوش ودائما يحاول اساعد الأطفال ولكن كمية الطعام قليلة واصنافه محدودة .
